Can not use this product without accidentally changing the heat setting or turning it off. Have to hold it up higher to prevent this, then burnt myself repeatedly! Also, each stroke there seems to be hair getting stuck where the gap is at end of plates and snaps my hair, not ideal at all! Extremely disappointed with this straightener and would not recommend it to anyone. Contacted the company but they were no help.

I was disappointed with this purchase as I wanted a salon finish which I got with a previous VS model but this was nowhere near as good. Can’t hold it properly without accidentally pushing the buttons either which is annoying because it always switches off or changes temperature as I’m straightening. My hair is thick and only a little frizzy but this finish was too fluffy for me. I buy a straightener to have it dead straight.

Im grateful to be gifted this gorgeous products but putting that aside I loved using the straightener and would try the rest of the range. its so easy to use and it defs helped with my frizziness

Have loooved using this straightener, really smoothes away my little frizzies AND actually lasts until I wash my hair again. Smooth rounded shape that helps create little flicks at the end too :)
