The thunder is an amazing trampoline!
You will need some strong people to assemble as it’s not easy but once it’s together it’s fantastic.
The kids jump on there together and don’t seem to clash into each other as much as in our last trampoline and the shade top is a fantastic bonus in the 40 degree heat we have had this summer. We had a storm this week with strong winds and we had no problem with it lifting or moving.
I couldn’t recommend this trampoline enough our kids are loving it !

Is exactly like expected and although a bit testing to assemble it was not impossible. Mister is efficient and shade cover essential. Bounce is even and good all around and for three children the XL is just fine any smaller would also impact on use and safety. Could use a small tool with a handlebar to assist in pulling the mat over to reach the springs, as for the hands/fingers it was pretty hard even with the gloves. A knee on the frame turned out to make a good difference. In the strong winds it stood rock solid.

An amazing product. Our entire family and friends are all coming over to have a go. It wasn't as easy as the video to assemble however after a glass of water, a test of our marriage and a call to the Vuly team we were jumping within the hour! Thanks guys.

From the moment my two get up in the morning they are asking to go on their trampoline! They LOVE jumping on it and are on their trampoline several times a day. We pump the music on through the speaker and I jump on their with them. Best of all they are exhausted come bedtime and crash the second their head hits the pillow!

Awesome product well built easy to assemble and so safe. Got a great deal with free delivery and shade cover and basket ball hoop! Kids love it barely see them during the day and you know that they are safe! Highly recommend well worth the money. Best school holiday baby sitter ever.

only one word AMAZING - easy to set up - looks amazing - I would recommend to watch the YouTube videos - the cover is amazing with the mister, we had 2 very hot days and all 3 kids were on the trampoline for most of the day- the workmanship is of a very high standard - great work VULY- looking forward to buying the 360 play set.

We bought this tramp for Christmas and are very happy with it so far, we bought the shade on top and that is fantastic! it gets a good workout from the kids but the downside is some of the side metal springs do pop out and it took three guys at least a couple of hours assemble so 1 hr assembly is a bit ambitious.. all in all we do love it and would recommend for families.

I love it but not so great When assembling but worth it the kids are always on it and I love the use of the shade cloth too, I’m not too sure if I like the entrance where they get into the trampoline but I give it a 9 out of 10

Fantastic trampoline, has awesome bounce and our kids love it! The mat is nice and big and our gymnast daughter is able to practice her tricks easily with plenty of room. The kids also love the basketball hoop which makes them play and bounce for hours. Glad we decided to purchase a Vuly!!

This trampoline lives up to its excellent reputation. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a fun activity as well as family fitness for all to enjoy. We purchased a misting unit as well to keep us cool while jumping in a hot climate. Looking forward to adding the swing set in the future.

This was a christmas present for the kids. They play on it every day, the basket ball hoop is an awesome accessory, hours of fun... even for the adults. Worth every cent. Best trampoline on the market! Made from only good quality materials and will last a lifetime. Customer service was outstanding, nice showroom. Would highly recommend this trampoline to anyone.

‭We bought the Trampoline for our grandkid. They are over the moon and love our Vuly XL Thunder. This makes visiting the grandparents so much fun. There is room for cousins to play and have lots of fun.
Trampoline is safe and stable. It keeps the munchkins active and encourages quality outdoor activities. great camp over site also.

Fantastic choice for a gymnast.
No springs maximise bounce area and sides make it safer when more than 1 person is bouncing. Plenty of height of aerial work.
Safe for toddler through to adult.
Shade cover and misting spray is a plus in the Qld summer.
Assembly is a 2 person job - but that is true for anything of this size.
Pretty sure every kid in the street has been around for a bounce.

Great addition to our garden. Children are daily heading outdoors to use the trampoline and its arrival has enabled the children to reconnect with neighbourhood children fostering community. We purchased our Vuly Thunder XL trampoline back in July ready for Christmas. We found putting it together very difficult but managed to get there in the end.
I made multiple calls to vuly and their customer service was amazing in their attempts to help us over the phone with tips.
We have made a warrenty claim and once again their customer service was second to none. They are sending us out replacement parts.

Awesome trampoline. Great quality and the kids love it. Not as bouncy as expected but they are used to Bounce and Air Factory so I am not surprised by their observation. I have had a few goes it I think it is fine. They can front and back flip no worries. But was a huge effort to put it together.

Without a doubt the worst sales and customer service experience ever.
They tell you they are a premium brand and do not negotiate on price. So, you pay full price on all items, then you would expect a corresponding premium after sales customer service experience. Not the case.
We paid over $4,500.00 on the top of the range trampoline and swing set.
We drove 4 hours round trip to collect the tramp as the swing set was not available.

Well, it took us several attempts and some ingenuity, to get it together, we couldn't get more than 4 springs on each section, when following the instructions. We ended up using a ratchet strap... Attach ratchet strap to the upper most horizontal bar, run across the diameter of the trampoline, adjacent to the spring you want to attach, tighten it up as required, attach springs at opposite ends, one person using the supplied tool to bend the spring, the other pulls the mat over, then loosen, and move to next position, then repeat... There was no...

So quiet inside!! We once had 5 kids, but we haven't seen them since Christmas. Thanks to Vuly, our sanity has been restored. This is the best and the safest investment we have ever made. So, so impressed but don't tell the kids that it is really great exercise for the adults too.

I purchased our Vuly Thunder XL 2 years ago for my 4 children. The set up of this trampoline is more difficult than a regular springed trampoline however by following the instructions, watching YouTube video and using the supplied tools it came together well. I have moved house since the original setup and found the dismantling and resetting up very easy but you definitely need two people to assemble.
This week I discovered one of the leaf Springs had broken in half. I registered my purchase (two years later) which was approved and continued...

After opening the boxes i was extremely disappointed to learn that all the instructions were located online.
Firstly we live in an area that only gets cellular based internet. There was no notification on the box that says you require the internet to put this together.
After watching the video tutorial my father inlaw and myself (im a builder) began to assemble the trampoline.

Putting this trampoline together is a nightmare. I consider myself quite resourceful but after failling to get the mat hooks to meet the leaf springs on Xmas morning I had to enlist the help of my Xmas lunch guests - still no good although there was only two springs left to join. Eventually we succeeded by pulling the mat with a block and tackle anchored to a star picket hammered into the ground. We purchased an XL Vuly Thunder two years ago with all the accessories and all the warranty. Well over $2000. The net has torn twice now within 18 months, in the exact same panel both times. The first netting was replaced, but my second tear even with photos and evidence which I emailed 4-6 months ago was rejected as apparently replacement is from date of purchase.
