The Admin Fees and Premium at WA Auctions is more than my purchase was
For an On-line Bidding only Auction service held at locked premises in Wangara WA, where you can view before you bid, there is no actual work to be done by admin, but take your money and issue a receipt for a minimum of $150- admin fee and 15% premium. There is no charge to the seller, fair enough, but what's with your "Greedy Admin Fee".
Out of the Auction, two sales fell through.
I was contacted via email as i showed interest when i picked up my wins, if i were interested in buying 2 x repairable write off scooters for $75- each, i said of c...Read more

Easy way to buy & sell
I’ve bought a few items in the past, ranging from cars, through to stamp collections. Thought I’d try selling a car through them. It’s s easier than having people come to your home to test drive your car and end up trying to low-ball you. You tell the auctioneer how much you want, and they do all the listing and advertising. You just sit back and hope the highest bidder doesn’t back out. There are fees, as you would expect from any auction yard (they are running a business, after all, and have bills to pay!). As long as you read all the fine pr...Read more
int, especially payment info, it’s all good. No fees for seller, unless you decide to withdraw you items. Very low fees on misc items, but $250 admin fees on vehicles (still lower than some auction yards). Every time I’ve gone there to inspect a vehicle, the staff there have been super friendly and happy to help. You can start the cars, but cannot drive them (as per most auction places, and a lot of car yards). Or, if you feel brave enough, you can just bid/buy sight unseen. They usually do take heaps of photos, so any damage is visible, and serious problems are usually listed in description (ie: trans issues, engine Issues, etc), so you’re pretty safe, but a quick inspection is still recommended. The only thing that gets annoying is when you win the bidding, but the seller is expecting way too much, so you miss out. If it doesn’t meet their reserve, the guys contact you, to let you know, and to check if you can go any higher. Once again, pretty much like a lot of auction places. It’s not as big as Pickles, Ross’s, or Manheim, but they seem to have a lot of bidders available out there.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
