Happy overall with the cooking results but the gas burner holes are on top so the fat dripping from cooking clogs these holes. Pre-heating the BBQ for some time may unclog some holes but find we need to clear with a pin regularly. The BBQ is used with a gas bottle.

I have previously written a review on my smoking Weber Q 3200AU approx. 2 years ago. SInce that review I have used the BBQ at least once a week and can't speak highly enough of the product. My son in law purchased a new Weber 2 months ago and is totally impressed with the build quality and ease of use. Good job Weber.

Is far better than our previous BBQ which was hard to clean and didnt cook as well. We use ours constantly for grilling and roasts as well. Is easy to clean and look after. Doesnt take up as much room with the handy fold down ends. Not cheap but great to have

Absolutely the best BBQ I have ever owned. Great solid construction looks like it will last for years. I had a problem with the cover as it fused together one day as I left it on a chair in the hot sun. I called weber Australia and told me to go to my local store (Coastline Barbeques and Heating at Oxenford Gold Coast Great people to deal with) and swap it for a new one. haven't had any problems since.

Big shout out to this fantastic company, firstly when I bought it a rep came around and set it up for me FOC and threw in a wire cleaner.
its been going perfectly now for about 6 years.
I rang the other day because my remote thermostat was going a it haywire and i told them it was an old one and without hesitation they sent me out a free part for it and it arrived within 48 hours of the phone call.

I now have 2 webers, this one (in black but had a white one first) and a charcoal one (specialist model don't buy the base) I wouldn't have anything else. So easy to use and the taste of your food well let's just say you won't use the oven again. Go buy one you won't be disappointed!!

This is a very good product but to cook most things your require to buy accessories which are all very expensive suggest that they have a accessories kit sold at discount price with purchase of new Weber q cooks very good pork belly and the steaks come out restaurant style

Had the Family Q for just on 2 years. Used 2-3 times a week, even in winter, as we use it to cook roasts, fish, etc. Unbelievably low gas usage, so very economical. As with any bbq, it requires regular cleaning to keep it in tip top shape. Highly recommended.

After watching a Weber youtube video on roasting pork belly i decided to try it for myself. I didn't expect the frame to melt and virtually leave the bbq unusable! I can't even shut the lid now. I am extremely disappointed as up until now, the Weber has been a great bbq that I have enjoyed using.

I've had my BBQ for a little over 2 years now and I use it nearly every weekend, my steaks and chops always turn out perfect, I had an issue with my grill plates but Weber were fantastic at resolving it, I now own a kettle and love it.. Thank You Weber, keep up the great work.. Cheers..

I have a Weber Family Q. I love it - it cooks meat like nothing else. The other day it got extremely hot apparently due to a fat fire and the BBQ tray melted into the trolley. I contacted Weber support for help, and sent photos of the damage. The response was swift. They advised they were sending a technician to have a look. Just 2 days later the technician came to my house and replaced all of the damaged components - no charge! I'm pretty sure there is no other BBQ manufacturer in the world that would do that, and to say I was impressed, surprised and grateful is an understatement. Weber Australia - You take customer service to a whole new level! Thankyou.

I purchased the baby Q for caravaning some 7-8 years ago and was so impressed i have now purchased the larger family Q3200 for home use. We have found they use very little gas per bbq, supurb juicy, flavoursome meat that melts in your mouth. Easy to use and can cook anything your normal oven can cook including cakes, scones, pizzas etc..( i have cooked all will no problems )and high top is great for bigger roasts. Cooks pork crackle to die for. I just love these barbies. The only very small problem, if i can call it that, is i find it hard to reach gas knob under the Q3200 bbq but if i tilt the bottle it's not so bad, still love it!!!

I have not wanted a Weber kept with the old style but finally purchased a Q3200 on Saturday used it 5 times since great steaks and good fish basket cannot wait for a roast. I was silly waiting so long it is simply brilliant
