The Best BBQ on the market
Having owned my Q320 for a few months now I could not be happier. This is without doubt the best cooking BBQ on the market, the grilling & roasting results are nothing short of spectacular. The flavour & moisture retention of this BBQ must be seen to be believed, even cheaper cuts of meat are moist & juicy.
Do yourself a favour & get one you will not be dissapointed
Roasting, grilling, gas efficiency, ease of cleaning & most of all the weber flavour & results
Can only get it at weber specialists

Best BBQ I have ever used
I was really skeptical about buying a Weber BBQ Q320; always thought they were overpriced over hyped by marketing and only for trendie type people who didn't really cook an aussie bbq. Was I wrong! When the book said preheat, put in 1 inch sirloin, close lid for 4 minutes each side I laughed. The steaks were perfect. cooked to perfection, smokey flavour everything!. Since then we have used the BBQ almost every second night. The ease of grilling, roasting, pizzas has me now telling everyone I know about how great the Q320 is. It is really easy ...Read more
to use and convert in seconds to indirect cooking, and cleaning it up after use is a breeze. We enjoy the extra dome space and electronic lighting od the Q320 and feel it is worth getting. Q320 is well built, cooks great food and is easy to maintain. I guess the price- especially the accessories is a little high but worth it in the long term

Best BBQ Ever!!!!!!
Umm-ed and ahh-ed about this purchase. Would it be a versatile as a traditional open grill BBQ with a lid? Would I prefer the Weber as our "full-time" BBQ? We had had a great experience with one of these at a holiday property, and I read many reviews - mostly raving about them. So went ahead and bought one.
The best bbq ever!!!!!! I cannot believe how fabulous this is. The roasts are quick and succulent. The steaks are unbelievable. A bit weird getting used to the very different way of cooking (no standing by the BBQ - drink in hand, poking an...Read more

Paul J - The best BBQ ever
After using the Q320 for 2 months it is without doubt the best BBQ I have owned. I suggest go for the top end model with the higher lid and temperature gauge. For grilling and roasting regulate the temperature to 200 degrees c and you wont go wrong. This BBQ is also the easiest to clean and being so light and on large wheels it is easy to move around if need be. If there is dislike it is the cover which needs velcro tabs to stop the wind from blowing it off ( I use occy straps) and the inability to safely hold a 9kg Chinese made gas bottle on the frame if the Weber shield is used. However, I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Love my Weber Family Q
I have always known Weber to be a trusted BBQ company and we'll after having my own Family Q for three weeks I rate it as the best BBQ I have owned. I have cooked roasts BBQed sausages and steak, vegetables and garlic bread. Easy to use and clean. Just love it.
Easy to use, great food, easy to clean, looks good on a modern outdoor area.

Temp Gauge
I bought a Q320AU a few days ago and when I first fired it up the temp went off the gauge in 4 mins. I was given a replacement gauge by the local distributor and all was well, however on closer inspection I found that the original gauge had a Max temp of 180c and the word "Smoke" at the top of the dial which makes me suspect it was from a Smoky Mountain Smoker, of course the Q320 gauge has a temp of 320c capacity, so considering the box was sealed when I collected the Q320 there might be more customers scratching their heads if their temp shoots off the dial. Hope this is of some use for you.

Love my weber!
I've been cooking on the weber q for the last 5 years and I honestly think it's the best BBQ I've ever had! Whether it's steak, a standing rib roast, butterflied leg of lamb or pork belly it never disappoints! So easy to use and the end result makes you look like a chef! Thanks Weber! Fan for life!!!!

Best thing since sliced bread
I have had my 320 Weber for a little while now and i must say its the best thing ever. We do roasts, pizzas, snags, chops etc etc. It really cooks things so awesome and the taste is unbelievable, at our dinner table you can still hear us ooohing and ahhhing while we eat. Its very easy to use just initially use the small book it comes with and you'll be golden.
The Weber itself and the extras may be a little Exy but i believe you get what you pay for.....its well worth it.

On not on and off not off
I was initially pleased with this BBQ until the cover kept on blowing off. What is the point of a cover if it keeps blowing off? Most BBQ covers have velcro tabs to keep the cover in place. Weber saved some money omitting these only to provide customers with useless covers that fly off.
The last time my cover came off the gas came on and a full bottle of gas went to waste.
I was furious. The BBQ was in the rain and $40 wasted.
I went back to the store and the sales women was incredibly condersending to me. (I was the only one in the store...Read more

Cover now fixed.
Much better.
Dont know why weber US makes covers with no velcro..
Mate, does the cover do the cooking? I use castors to move our 320, although weber should supply a means of moving bbq so it can be swiveled into position - at no extra cost! Problem fixed with gas! Long Jetty Rob
We are in a very windy situation and I have always used a couple of occy straps linked together to secure the cover. Had no problems. Gee wiz, have we lost all initiative.

Definitely worth it!
We purchased the Weber Q320 three weeks ago and it has had plenty of use. We tried it out on a beef rib roast which cooked superbly after initial hiccup when we ran out of gas half way through the cooking. Have since cooked leg of lamb and a chicken which all turned out terrific. Must say it beats heating up the kitchen by using the oven. Am planning to cook leg of pork for Xmas lunch on it. Oh! and steak and sausages cook very nicely too.
It heats up quickly and the thermostat lets you know where the temperature is at. Had to tweak the knob...Read more
a bit to get it on 200deg c for roasting but once there it hardly moved. I also use a digital meat thermometer and have found that this is invaluable in getting the best results with the roasts. The Q320 is a nice compact looking bbq but the cooking area is huge. Also the clean up is hassle free if you do it straight away. Easy to assemble out of the box, neat and compact, great cooking results. 9kg gas bottle does not fit properly on stand at the back.2 comments

the time (a few years back now) but since then there have been many different types come onto the market in Australia. The issue is obviously that we cannot make different styles of these holders for all the different bottles - my suggestion is to do what I do and if you use the Swap n Go bottles, try to select the shortest bottles as these are the ones that most likely will fit - the other issue though is the base of the bottles are often too large in diameter for the base holder, so once again try to select the smallest of these. Hope that helps, Dave@WeberAustraliaSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Purchased a Webber Q320 today,
I put it all together (stand and unit) somewhat easily- like everything you buy the directions are not crystal clear although the better ones I have seen- some common sense to do it quickly.
BBQ'd tonight and love it, food was great, easy to operate, easy to clean and I loved the feature of the duel burner (one on the inside and one on the out, this kills the 4 burner system.

Worth Every Cent
My mate pushed me into buying this BBQ, I was going down the traditional 4 burner route when he told me to check these out. I am so glad I did. Awesome burgers, brilliant roasts and superb pizzas on the Weber pizza stone I bought as well. Hand down the best snags you can possibly cook, low and slow and they get super crispy skins but moist and perfect inside. I am now a sausage snob.
It takes a few cooks to get used to lid down cooking but I now know it's faster, more efficient and tastes better due to the smoke circulating around the meat....Read more
It is very easy to keep it clean so I tend to use mine up to 3 times a week. The only nag I have is that the gas bottle holder is made for a smaller 4.5 kilo bottle, it cannot hold the 9 kilos I (and most other people I know) use. I have been told this is due to the fact that the BBQ was initially created for the American market and they use smaller bottles. It's all good, the cylinder fits on the trolley and I just take it off to cook but it would have been nice if Weber Australia had sorted a larger style holder to grip the bottom of a 9 kilo Swap n Go bottle. But this is only a little gripe. Overall this BBQ rocks - buy it. Spend the extra $20 or so and get the Q320 with the higher lid, thermometer and better lighter. I am learning more and more lid down BBQ techniques because this thing is so versatile. Weber stand behind their product and offer an excellent warranty and there are heaps of additional accessories to complement this thing. Well built, excellent factory warranty, efficient, versatile Gas bottle holder (but it's no biggie)5 comments

Is there a Wok accessory for this BBQ

Great BBQ
After buying a Q220 for my mother, we decided to buy a Q320 for our home. This BBQ is just great, it cooks amazingly well, uses less gas than a normal 4-burner BBQ, looks great, is easy to clean and is very versatile! You can BBQ but you can also bake, roast in it and it is much easier to clean than an oven. It is actually better than my oven! Overall a great investment to extend our kitchen and enable us to cook everything we want whenever we want.
Cooks really well, very versatile, looks great, energy efficient
A bit pricey.

Quick, Easy & Delicious
Just bought a Weber Q320. Was worried that it wasn't as pretty as other mobile units but we were convinced to give it a chance after reading the heaps of good reviews and seeing the smart, easy-cleanup design. No regrets so far, no cold spots noticed. Overall, quick and easy: assembled in 30 minutes, heated up over 250C in 8 minutes (lid closed), fat & happy in 1 hour, clean-up 3 minutes. Grilled meat and vegg beautifully. Barbecues Plus in Port Melbourne (VIC) was awesome: they demo-ed the grill with taste tests (steak, pizza, roast), gave us ...Read more
an amazing deal, had every accessory we could want, and delivered to boot! The owner and staff are good and clearly know Weber and its uses. They answered all our questions. They are clearly pros even though they're a newer shop. Food tastes smokey, makes beautiful grill marks, and Weber makes high quality accessories that you know will last. Fantastic and versatile appliance to have at your fingertips. Fast to heat up, good quality firebox/lid/grates. 5 yr warranty with in-store help. Uses low fuel but gets hot. Smoke doesn't blow to the front. Easy cleanup-removable/disposable drip tray! Plastic cart looks cheap. Cover doesn't have tie-down tabs. Must choose natural gas or LPG, cannot convert. Not portable, one can move around patio easily but wouldn't take it on the road. Not intended to cook with lid up.1 comment

Weber Barbecues A.Weber
Hi Angela, it can go on either, but we typically recommend it goes on the opposite side to the igniter so there is enough airflow to ignite the barbecue :)

Hello, with the Family Q i can see the black and grey lid options online- whats the difference? is one better than the other?
1 answer
Weber Barbecues A.Weber
Hi there, there is no difference in the size/shape/weight of the Q or the performance; it's purely down to aesthetic preference on what colour want. The colour is a premium option available in Weber Specialist Dealers, Weber Stores and online.
