Hi good day!
Im a white westing house gas range owner, my concern here is is that normal when I'm using my gas oven all the knobs is too hot to handle, and also the temperature of oven is too hot, unfortunately all my baking is not goo it is always over cook.
We have this problem also the knobs get extremely hot also the griller handle gets way too hot when cooking with the oven. The outside of the unit was so hot my cupboard and everthing inside was also ...
Read moreheating uo, When I complained a serviceman came out and insulated the whole of the oven which helped a bit,I was not happy with this as I never had this problem with my old oven. hope this helps
