From the moment we walked into the Balcatta showroom, to the moment the doors were installed the process was seamless and easy. Everyone involved from admin to install are incredibly professional and polite and could not be happier with the product.

Yesterday 17th February I had 1 double and 2 single doors 1 with a doggy door installed. The installer was Allan Raeburn who was very professional advised how to maintain the doors . He was also on time and very quick with the installation, extremely tidy and very friendly he even putting up with my old dog following him around. If Allan was any indication how the other staff work I would not have any doubts about recommending him and Westral to any of family or friends.

The man that came out to measure & quote was very knowledgable & the man that installed the doors was quick & efficient considering he was working in 39 degree heat. On Thursday the 19th December it was easy to get a quote to fit 4 honeycomb blinds from [name removed], that we paid the full amount for on that day. It is now the Monday the 3 February and we have 1 blind fitted that's taken 7 Weeks. Today I enquired when the rest would be coming to be fitted and was told another 2 weeks that's a total wait time of 9 weeks. Reading other peoples reviews makes me envious when they say they waited 2 Weeks. Not Happy Jan!
