Very disappointed with the Bookcase, missing parts, some are incorrect sizing. Waited 12 months for it to arrive from China to receive and still incorrect shelves. no support from customer service still awaiting a call back from the manager to discuss options before proceed to fair trading to assist to resolve a refund

Incredibly disappointed, Put a deposit on a 7.5x3.5 patio. The invoice came to us with extra costs not revealed to us during the call.

Just received my cabinet that I ordered over a month ago. I was told if I paid an extra $250.00 the driver would deliver and assemble for me. It is extremely heavy and needs 2 people. When it was delivered the driver just dumped it and when I said about assembling it he said he doesn't do that. Apparently the sales people always lie to get a sale and would say anything. Don't order from this company unless you are prepared to put together yourself. Now I will have to pay another $150.00 to have someone come and assemble for me. Never will I buy from this company again.

spent a lot of money on a carport and paid over $600 to be delivered to our door. gave instructions and all.

Firstly, they charged us $1,050 installation fee to assemble the Garden Shed we purchased and arrived on a wet and drizzly day only to rush the job. Post installation, once more extreme weather hit, the rain resulted in the shed leaking through most of the crevices including the corners of the walls adjoining the roof.

We then spent an additional $420 in attempt to rectify the issue ourselves by applying sealant to the evident gaps due to their poor workmanship without any success. We immediately sent Wholesales Direct an email explaining the ...

They took my deposit and refused to give it back. They actually blackmailed me, they only finally agreed to give my deposit back if I removed my negative review, absolutely unbelievable. Did they honestly think that I wouldn’t put my review back up after that!? It was all a lengthy, horrible and completely unprofessional process with no interest in keeping their customers happy in anyway. Stay away from this place.

Delivery was excellent and that’s where it stopped. Table legs had to be assembled, white legs had marks on them (not light dust marks, more like scuffs) that I had to rub with jif to get off. Missing some washers to assemble legs so had to go to hardware store to complete the job. Chairs are the biggest disappointment. They look like very cheap replicas with fabric edges around backs of chairs simply glued (coming up in parts). My advice is to stick to good old Aussie made products even though it might cost more.

I am so happy with that Hamptons Round Trestle Dining Table which I purchased last month. It looks so durable and classic is exactly what I wanted. Great price, delivery was quick. Highly recommended

I have been installing garden sheds for over 15yrs in recent years I have installed most of the imported sheds (Pinnacle, Global, Giant etc) they are all rubbish, but I have just installed a Rocco 4.3 x 1.74m shed from Wholesales Direct and discovered a new low - appalling instructions, missing parts, wrong parts, paper thin material, just rubbish, if the doors remain on more than a year I'll be surprised next time it rains it will leak like a sieve, and hail or a branch will rip through it. The unit took several weeks longer to be delivered than was originally stated.
The unit had multiple small faults that I have been unsuccessful in fixing myself. They have offered suggestions only on how to fix their mistakes but offered no monetary compensation to allow me to pay someone to do this for me.
The after sales service is absolutely appalling and I wouldn't ever recommend this company.

Customer Service Farcical
A recent purchase of a shed was found to be missing parts. Sorry, but if you don't conduct an inventory within 48 hours of receiving the shed, then you are on your own. One would have thought that the company would take every effort to ensure that they actually delivered what they said that were selling to you. i.e. you buy a car but is only has three wheels when you get it delivered? I purchased the shed, they then want charge me more money for the delivery of the missing parts, the parts that they failed to include ...

Rang to speak about a shed.

[name removed] didn't listen to me from the start. I wanted to combine to accounts (separate banks + cash) to get enough money to pay for the shed in one lump sum. This would realistically take 5 to 7 days to clear. This is what I explained to her 3 times, until I thought she understood.

The very next day, she rang and said that the payment hadn't been made to her and the removalist was going to be in the factory to pick up the shed that afternoon.

I explained again, that the two bank and cash consolidation would still take 5 to 7 days.

I bought a shed 4.3 x 3.6 x 2.3 from these guys and it is rubbish, it is not even the right size being 200mm narrower than advertised! The material is extremely flimsy the holes don't line up and panels were damaged on arrival, I am an engineer by trade and even I found it difficult to put up, and now it is up the doors are so flimsy I will have to reinforce them.

I ordered a chest of drawers in May 2022. I have not received the goods and despite several emails there has been no response. No refund either and as I am confined to a wheelchair $499 is a lot of money to lose
Find another (ethical) company

I bought something off this mob, not a cheap thing but reasonably expensive, and when I found they had misrepresented their product on their web site, and when I tried to get customer satisfaction, it was like talking to deaf ears. I'm not a child and don't want to be treated like an idiot either.
I seriously suggest the staff including management take a course in customer service and how to tell the truth.
My advise, if you want to buy anything from this crowd, then look for an alternative supplier. They're a bunch of misfits in a serious buying world where to some people every dollar counts

I'm disappointed with the level of business acumen from the management and staff, I had a serious issue with a purchase and no one was willing to make a compromise to settle the dispute.
I'll cancel my wish list and shop elsewhere

Dear Sir,

I totally agree that the product must be returned back in unused, undamaged resealable condition and in original packaging and the cost of returning should be the returner's responsibility.
However, on top of this, you are demanding a whopping 25 % restocking fee ..... Really, what is next?
A 25% restocking fee.....? when you are selling a product which is flimsy and less than practical in another word your return policy is a profit making machine, as you are charging 25% to put back a product on the shelf.

Got in contact with a staff member for a shed had not decided yet that particuler staff rang me everyday until i gave up and put a deposit on a shed $200 at the time she did not explain that without a form 22 i would need engeeniring certificate cost over 2000 to certify because their shed are not made to Australian standard she praised the shed and said it was a good price she did not tell me before i bought the shed that if i cancel i would loose my deposit what a bogus company trying to get deposit back staff are not very friendly hope that this company get close down becareful when dealing with them you might think you are getting a bargain when the goods are of poor quality and not up to australian standard

Ordered a shed was quoted 3-4 weeks, after the 5th week they stopped communicating with me, had to go directly to their supplier for answers.
Sales pressure, they kept calling, was immense, had to pay upfront and then never heard from them again.

Not as advertised, extremely poor quality, nothing like as advertised. Also damaged but they wont talk on the phone and will only communicate by email. Every pic we send they say its not clear enough, tgey wont respond to the damage issues raised they just say the same thing over and over and ignore the issues we are raising. You can only talk to the front desk, you cannit talk to the returns, warranty peopme, they again will only communicate by email. The chat at the front desk told me tgey wont talk on the phone because people record calls, what rubbish. This mob are disgusting, do not go near them. Read the feedback reviews closely, i strongly suggest many are posted by them, fake. They are criminals.

Complained about the colour, granite grey. Was told there could be SLIGHT colour variation from the web sites colours. The colour is nothing like granite grey should be and the trims and flashing are cream? They are not interested in customer satisfaction either.

They sent me a damaged shed and were arrogant and rude when I called them. Do not buy from these people. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I bought a shed that was faulty, t's very hard to install. The whole shed come into 1 package 125 kg. Only 1 driver does delivery, need customer help to unload the package, it's too heavy!!! and I have to pay for delivery, not free!

Ordered a table on eBay. Got call from this company offering cheaper price if I ordered off eBay. Left deposit as instructed. Table would arrive within a month. Month went no contact from company. I called again to see what was happening, was told it would arrive at end of month. End of month came no call. I called again, the person who knew about the table shipment had left for the day. I bought a shed that was damaged parts missing the list goes on . Customer service is disgusting. Trying to get my money back from bank as these scam artists wont talk to me. I live too far away to give them a visit. Every 5 star review is fake if you look at them closely. They should be shut down
