I bought the Havana Rattan chairs for my entry/sun room. They are stunning. Beautifully made, comfortable to sit in and lovely oak timber...I am delighted with my purchase.
Great carport
Needed a carport. This was on Facebook. Rang them to check on item very helpfull. They rang me the next day as to what I thought.. I had already ordered.. thanked them for call.
Carport arrived within a week.. very easy to put up.. everything fitted just right..

Good product, no problems
I ordered a carport. When I was informed about the expected delivery time I noted it was quite a bit longer than advertised with the product, but that was already all the problems I had.
The car port arrived around the date they told be. Everything was there, installation was easy enough, the manual was correct. The quality is good too, I have had it for about a year now and so far no problems at all.
I had been a bit worried because the price was quite low (and there had been some bad reviews also), but everything was fine and I am glad I ordered with them.
Garden Shed
The lady I dealt with was very helpful. She organised everything including the transaction and the delivery to Bendigo. There was a problem with the delivery though Toll didn’t contact me to say it had arrived. I had to chase them up to collect the shed.

So far so good - Single Garage 3.4m x 6.1m
Looked online and it said the shed was on back order with a delivery date of 20th September, which I was happy with, so paid. I was contact just before the 20th to say it was still that date and then on the 20th I received an email saying it has been shipped, with a delivery date of 25th September. 26th September I hired a van and went to the Toll depot and picked it up. So far so good and I can't fault them at all.
Time to get building!

I called them in the morning to confirm and pay for my order, and the shed arrived that afternoon! Impressed!
Just finished putting it up yesterday and it looks better this morning after a rain than when we finished last night!
Plastic shrink rap that came on the steel sheets was a bit hard to peel off, a tip to those in the same boat: Use a blow dryer, peels right off.

A roof pod for $250, yes please! Just bought this one on sale and was expecting a flimsy pod, use once and throw away. Our recent trip to Wilson's Prom proved otherwise! Was nice, didn't wobble like the other cheap one I bought. Pickup was easy and was all put together and ready for me to put into my racks. (Wish I bought racks from them as well)
Just a shed, no-frills
Was perfect for our budget, took about five days to get up here. Asked couple of other places to match their price, they didn't believe the price I said.
Instructions could be clearer, it was all pictures with part numbers. Took a whole day for the three of us to put it up.
Here's a bonus, humans actually answer your calls!

Good price, good service, passable product. At least better than the other one
Had some experiance buying cheap sheds, not very good ones. Bought one two years ago from another place and long story short, it was bad! (even the roof leaked!)
Only reason we went for a cheap shed again is because; being retired, we need to make a few budget concessions. These guys aren't bad, but don't expect the world for this kind of price!
Expectations where low, but was pleasantly surprised. We spent the better part of a day putting this thing up.
We now have two sheds side by side, and the difference is clear as night and day. Being the nearly the same price, the steel feels stronger, and the bracing inside helps as well (lacking from the old one).
