Have been waiting for 3 items for a long time. Tracking is useless and there is no support at all. Ordered in April and now we are in June and still not received products.

More than half of my orders were refunded. No quality control. Long wait time’s. Poor quality items. Fake and counterfeit goods. Misleading or outright lying communication.
Total garbage scam site

Products come from all over the world but mainly China. Delivery went from 10 days to 6 weeks. Promised promotion was cancelled after I paid. Nothing but a scam. DO NOT BUY THROUGH WISH.

Wish,s app is like sideshow alley, full of bright lights and broken promises, once you pay your money any conversation regarding progress your order is by limited Text and vague responses then expected delivery date magically tripled to 20 days later give them a miss!

Do not buy from this site as everything is from China & nothing ever arrives.
Waste of time and money. eBay is a much better option.
No correspondence & delivery date just keep getting pushed out.
Really bad options for Australians

They didn't email me a confirmation. Still haven't received product after a month. Because they didn't email a confirmation, I don't have an Id no or confirmation no, so they say they can't track it. Sent them all my details & bank transactions, but still no products. Now because of all that, no refund, as I don't have a tracking or confirmation no!!! ( Maybe because I didn't get an email, in the first place!!!). Do yourselves a favour, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM WISH!!!!!! Excuses, excuses!!!!!!! Worst company in the world!!!!

The tracking numbers they give are the same when i try to track it through auspost or startrack it comes up as tracking number is invalid or item has not been recieved or not yet posted its crap its been about a month or longer since i ordered 3 items

I ordered online at the beginning of April with a delivery date of the beginning of May. They keep extending the delivery dates each time the dates come around. I've sent emails and tried to communicate via their website but it's like a brick wall. This was the first time I had purchased from this site but, believe me, it will definitely be the last. Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star, zero was not an option. I would advise anybody to avoid purchasing anything from this site.

I did my order beginning of April, the parcel was going to arrive by mid-May and since then they have been pushing away the estimated delivery time. Every time that I have emailed Wish team they have said "your parcel is still coming before the delivery time stipulated" GREAT! if they are constantly moving that date forward it will always be "on time" according to them. Also, I asked for a refund and they completely ignored me.
So frustrated. They have horrible services.

SCAM!! Postage price is inflated, after you pay you will wait 3 months for delivery, when nothing shows up they refund the product price not postage which is how they make their money, there never is a product, just a way of making you pay for nothing.

Placed my order over 4 weeks ago and nothing has arrived despite being told it had all been distributed 3 weeks ago. I stupidly purchased over $100 worth of items and didn’t review the company properly until I started to get suspicious. This is theft. Given the number of people who have been scammed, how is this company still operating?

I ordered a product via WISH back in early April 2020 and now it’s June and still haven’t received it. WISH emailed me to say it had arrived. When I emailed back they replied saying there was something wrong with my delivery address. Checking the original order there was nothing wrong with the delivery address. Luckily my order was only $10 as I doubt I’ll ever see it.
Avoid WISH at all costs. I’ll never recommend. Ever.

Took 3 months to arrive; missing socket key and washers; bars made of weak metal, snapped on the first pull up. I weigh 80 kg, I'm a tradie. Scam, although it was good for a laugh.

I'm a bit over companies like this where you order something, the order takes 1 week plus to process and then is mailed from China and arrives at your door 3 to 5 weeks later.

Too many times after purchasing and paying for various items, wish cancels my orders with no reasoning as to why, then I have to wait more than 5 days for said refund.
This is unacceptable and a very poor effort.

Ordered products that cost $1.00 with $1.00 shipping and none of them could be processed which is really annoying because it’s a waste of time they shouldn’t have showed them if they weren’t going to process them

Advertised set of 5 items. Sent me 1 item. Despite sending evidence & they advising I received 1 item not the set, they hope I am happy with my next purchase?
