Don't even Think of purchasing anything, I wish there was Laws to ban this Site in Australia. Less said better!

I cannot rate this less than 1 - I would like to give a Zero.

I ordered a die and matching stamps. The stamp order was delivered with the wrong item and Wish refunded that amount. When the die came each die was joined to the others so it was not able to be used independently. Repeated interaction with Wish support has gone around and around in circles - I don't believe they read the previous communications and try to pass the blame onto me for ordering incorrectly. I bought several items from Wish. I've spent up to $150 because you are paying postage for each item you purchased. The items are cheap for a reason. It doesn't look or feel nice as it looked in the photos. It looks cheaply made and can be a cheap version of what it looks like on the website. This website is catfishing for fools. Buyer beware! Don't shop here. I am never gonna buy from here again and I am telling you please please please don't fall for this trap.

I ordered about $70 worth of items (5 weeks ago) and $50 postage and now wish has refunded order with no explanation and I lost $50 for the postage. I would be very wary ordering from wish and I will never order from them again

Ordered two items.
1. Cotton/Linen Shorts - XXXL but Large at best (39cm). 99% cotton. Waste of money.
2. Microfibre towels (5) - photos showed large towel with two hands using it and folded over 3 times. Got towels but my stretched hand fits whole towel. Joke. Just wasted $30. Never again.

Items, no show. Despite following tracking, when you try to let them know it's still not here they say you've reached your 30 day limit so "too bad". No way to contact, no refund and tracking says item is still on it's way some 16 weeks later.

Do not buy from Wish They do a number of shoddy things. From my first experience they underprice an article then when you pay it is suddenly unavailable. Then it takes ages to refund. My last and final experience was that I contacted them with information about an item that did not arrive within their stipulated timeframe. Then because, according to them, I did not give enough information, they stole my money. No refund. So disreputable.

Had multiple problem with orders, misrepresentation of products poor quality not matching description and misleading pictures of products & deliveries never arrive and no response to email enquiries

When I did the selection Size automatically showed Coffee and the color I chose White and the picture on the order is white. Now the color I have received is Coffee. I messaged Wish support, they replied that the item is right, I ordered Size Coffee. Size is not Color

brought one item, double checked the address but for some unknown reason the delivery address got changed in their system to an old address. The second item i brought had the correct address but never arrived. Wrote to their help section which simply said; contact the post. have a nice day !.
Never purchasing from this company again.

Ordered 4 items paid postage on all 4 came as 1 package. Wrong item sent. Still waiting on partial refund

Being a new Wish member, I was prompted a gift with a purchase that I have to pay for shipping fee only. However, to my surprise, I saw that the money deducted from my card, was the full price and even pricier than the product I can find in other retailer stores. There was even no notification that Wish will be deducting the full amount to my card, which if in case I can cancel my order. This is really a terrible experience. Please make your own judgement if your going to use their service, never for me.

No seller communciation. Fake seller. WISH did refund, but do not rely on WISH. You will feel helpless & lost your money. Why use WISH, if amazon & ebay are available & reliable!!!!

I ordered ho scale model train signals. They were supplied with resistors that meant they could never work. I replaced them myself with lower resistance and now ok. Customer support was worse than useful. It appeared as if my messages were not read by humans. Same information asked for repeatedly. Inane responses from Wish. A complete waste of time. I fixed the problem by spending 30 cents and five minutes soldering new resistors. Never again.

Ive ordered 8 items from Wish in past 10 months. Only 1 item was ever received. Some were supposed to be delivered to my home address, some to the post office and i even tried as they suggested getting it delivered to a local shop and pick it up there. NONE of these options worked.

1. I have ordered 4 Cashmere knitted sweaters but they sent to me a empty bag with the label 4 items.

I have bought quite a few Wish items. Most of them are pretty dodgy. My most recent experience however was a pretty costly 'wool cape' that turned up only to reveal it is SYNTHETIC. Upon demanding a refund, I had to send a photo of the packaging.....a plastic bag which went straight in the bin! Also, beware "sterling silver" items. They are nothing more than cheap Chinese trinkets!

My fountain pens don't work. They look like beautiful pens but no ink. I would really love to write with them at work

Wish is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. Poor quality items. Customer service impossible to deal with and keep requesting the same information for a return claim within policy. Cannot contact anyone by phone. Have returned items months ago, paid expensive shipping to US and still no refund or response from customer service. Agree with the 1 star ratings - never purchase from Wish. Scammers. Should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

ordered 2 spongbob toys for son and friend. two dirty cheap horrible plastic fire trucks delivered. Including postage cost over $60. Scam. My son was looking forward to toy for birthday.

Avoid like the plague. Forget about your refund if you ever need to claim. Made me jump hoops then cancel complaint on PayPal and prove it only to later deny refund

Didn’t get what I paid for false advertising did not show what you were buying correctly picture looked different from what I got

Ordered an 11.6 inch android tablet - received an 8 inch tablet.

Ordered a Samsung active 2 watch - received an unbranded watch.

Wish Support desk won't do anything except offer refunds.

I will never shop with them again!
