I purchased earbuds in September 2021. Due to COVID I patiently knew it would take a while to get to Sydney. The item arrived in Australia and I received no notification that it had arrived at post office by card or email that it had arrived. It had been sent back to the Mascot depot and sent back to company. I then got an email from Wish saying it had been returned. I tried to contact them to discuss the matter. I got a answer robot. No options for questions were available for delivery difficulties. Used a different question to get a person to discuss the situation. They dismissed me saying it was outside of 30 days and just disappeared. I am out of pocket and stranded.

Cheap junk!!! I paid $18 for this, it's all crumpled and very inferior product, probably only worth $2, I will never use wish again!!!

I was not told until after I purchased that my Parfume ordered on 18 Mayember might arrive by 10 January AND yes it’s 3 days to Christmas- NOT here yet

Two pairs of shoes. Same size. One pair three cms bigger than other. Won't refund money. Not at all happy

I bought items from Wish, can’t see my order anywhere hasn’t arrived yet, customer support says go into my app and look up My Orders there is nothing there, they took my money but no product or tracking number, then they send you a message query resolved Nothing resolved as yet still no order details or package They shoul be shut down .

Ordered two unicorn special alarm clocks
What turned up was an ordinary unicorn and a vampire diaries one
Can’t access account now, phone number they give us discontinued and no answer to emails
I would never use the company again, beware !

I have been using Wish for a while now. The products are of the quality of what you find in Australian discount stores. Postage is pretty fast and the only time I had a product go missing they refunded me within a few hours.

They are USELESS! An item ordered didn't arrive. The tracking information supplied came up with 'error'. I emailed Wish about this but they just said to re-try the tracking information within the app. This made no difference. I asked them to look up the item in their system and they just kept re-directing it back to me.

I ordered an item and never received it. No customer support. Don’t waste your money!! Reading the reviews, I can’t believe they are still in business.

Bought a $38AUD item was charged $115AUD for shipping.
The item was small and not fragile.
Will never again purchase from these charlatans.

It's like tossing a coin as to whether you'll get what you thought you might. I bought 23 items over a few weeks and 12 were NOT what I was expecting. Wrong or faked pictures, inadequate/misleading descriptions, and in most cases, truly appalling quality, not to mention the dodgy product selection system!!! I tried complaining once; that was enough to see I was going to get nowhere.
Can't complain about the delivery though... TOP NOTCH, even promptly refunded for non-delivery.

I brought 3 mini fans all 3 are broken so because I complained I’ve been flagged & not allowed to talk, WISH is a scam

I shopped on Wish a few months ago but I haven't recieved my order yet. And I dont think its coming. There is NO customer support. Few years back, when I started shopping at Wish, I used to receive my orders within the expected delivery date. But I think they dont care about deliveries or customer satisfaction anymore. Based on my recent experience.I dont think I will shop again or recommend it to anyone.

Don't even Think of purchasing anything, I wish there was Laws to ban this Site in Australia. Less said better!

I ordered a die and matching stamps. The stamp order was delivered with the wrong item and Wish refunded that amount. When the die came each die was joined to the others so it was not able to be used independently. Repeated interaction with Wish support has gone around and around in circles - I don't believe they read the previous communications and try to pass the blame onto me for ordering incorrectly. I bought several items from Wish. I've spent up to $150 because you are paying postage for each item you purchased. The items are cheap for a reason. It doesn't look or feel nice as it looked in the photos. It looks cheaply made and can be a cheap version of what it looks like on the website. This website is catfishing for fools. Buyer beware! Don't shop here. I am never gonna buy from here again and I am telling you please please please don't fall for this trap.

I ordered about $70 worth of items (5 weeks ago) and $50 postage and now wish has refunded order with no explanation and I lost $50 for the postage. I would be very wary ordering from wish and I will never order from them again

Ordered two items.
1. Cotton/Linen Shorts - XXXL but Large at best (39cm). 99% cotton. Waste of money.
2. Microfibre towels (5) - photos showed large towel with two hands using it and folded over 3 times. Got towels but my stretched hand fits whole towel. Joke. Just wasted $30. Never again.

Items, no show. Despite following tracking, when you try to let them know it's still not here they say you've reached your 30 day limit so "too bad". No way to contact, no refund and tracking says item is still on it's way some 16 weeks later.

Do not buy from Wish They do a number of shoddy things. From my first experience they underprice an article then when you pay it is suddenly unavailable. Then it takes ages to refund. My last and final experience was that I contacted them with information about an item that did not arrive within their stipulated timeframe. Then because, according to them, I did not give enough information, they stole my money. No refund. So disreputable.

Had multiple problem with orders, misrepresentation of products poor quality not matching description and misleading pictures of products & deliveries never arrive and no response to email enquiries

When I did the selection Size automatically showed Coffee and the color I chose White and the picture on the order is white. Now the color I have received is Coffee. I messaged Wish support, they replied that the item is right, I ordered Size Coffee. Size is not Color

brought one item, double checked the address but for some unknown reason the delivery address got changed in their system to an old address. The second item i brought had the correct address but never arrived. Wrote to their help section which simply said; contact the post. have a nice day !.
Never purchasing from this company again.
