OK but don't buy fresh fruit or meat products
Woolworths fruit bought online is expensive and inconsistent. Paid 70 cents EACH for bananas only to get tiny green bananas. Asked for a refund and got no response !!! Terrible - at least acknowledge my feedback. Meat products tend to go off very quickly - possibly from being left out from warehouse picking and time left in the truck without adequate refrigeration.

They dont deserve any start
I did a week ago ordering on line. They send a mail 2 days later telling me i will nor be able to be delivery cause out of stock and will be refund in 3 to 5 day, still 8 days later didnt get any refund

They Cancelled my order without my consent
Done my online order on Friday for delivery the next day Saturday only for them to cancel my order Saturday morning,I received a email saying my order was cancelled so I rang call centre and was told I needed to wait 3-5 working days for a refund or I could place another order and pay again, Very quick to take your money before order is even picked and they blame you for there mistake, not everyone can afford to pay for groceries again after they cancelled order. What a joke I’ll never use them again Coles Online is way better.

Terrible customer service
Absolutely disgusted at the service that was shown from Woolworths when I ordered from them. I scheduled an order from a certain time of day assuring that I would be home however the delivery driver could not be bothered finding my house and left to go back, I then received a call from Woolworths stating that the driver said no one was home and I was charged for this. I got my groceries the next day, however half of the produce I ordered did not come with the delivery. This is experience has soured me and I will definitely be going back to coles

Take money then cant fill order
Wiolies are Usless!
Their system sux!
I make an order and have to pay straight away then they email stating can only supply half my order!
But have taken full order cost!
Rang them and they say when order is delivered i will get other $100 back maybe in 12-24 hours!
Usless woolies i will never use your online again!

($100 worth of items that couldnt be supplied) I received items totaling $100 and $5 delivery fee! Total being $205 They take total before they know they couldnt supply half my order! I ordered online, paid and received confirmation for delivery. Couple of hours later, a notification email saying 5 items are out of stock Woolies take my money straight away on ordering and will return in later?????. Can be up to 5 days later!!!!! So i hear!!!!! Work out how much money they make on interest if they do this to a lot of customers On a yearly basis! I will never use their usless online service again! They will take the total of your order $$$ And if cant supply your money will be trapped in their system for days! Beware!!!! They care not about their customers!!!!!!!1 comment

WHAT A HASSLE
Have been using the online delivery service for a few months since I can't drive after surgeries. Poor outcome after delivery drivers pile bags on top of each other squashing foodstuffs or Woolies don't automatically refund me if they supply incorrect item and I give back to driver.
Generally found drivers not to care and to be rough with bags.
I only used this service as I was TOO sick to shop myself.
Also found perishables e.g. milk is no longer cool when delivered.
I suspect there is no cooling during transportation.
I am also sick of Woolies advertising "fresh food" yet the fruit is rarely "fresh". Especially apples which are old and disgusting.

Brilliant service
I have only used this service twice and on both occasions it has been exemplary! On my first occasion I had recently had back surgery and the groceries were bought to my kitchen bench . Last week from placing my order to the delivery arriving took approx 34 minutes - outstanding !

Poor quality produce
Got bananas and they were green and brown marked...inside bruised and hard...inedible....personal shopper... really disappointed as the delivery man is prompt and courteous but poor produce is really unacceptable as the weren’t cheap

Woeful, awful delivery.
Bought a delivery saver, thought hey I can save and just have food delivered weekly without much extra cost.
First week I get food delivered, they forget some items I have to chase up woolies about. The delivery driver actually DROPS all the bags without care on the floor of my house, making items break. The worst of which was the milk that broke, spilling all over deli chicken, fresh sliced cheese, deli meats. care. I had milk on every meat I bought. I had milk on all the fresh items I bought, soaked everywhere. The week after, I do the same, order a delivery order from them, however this time we make sure the driver is more careful and doesn't drop all the bags smashing things up. Once we unpack and are amazed only a few minor things are missing. A day later we notice the chicken is already expired. So they delivered us meat that expired the next day. In store they would put this on clearance for like 10% of the price. But no they deliver bad meat to us. This is after buying items in store between these orders and noticing things like - the woolies brand milk goes bad a week before expiry somehow. Their meat is literally rotting a couple of days before expiry. Only woolies brands mind you. I recommend going to their competitors. I will be cancelling my delivery saver and future orders will come from someone else. I'm sick of this. I just wasted another 30 minutes trying to complain about this to their online help and demanding a refund. 30 minutes for one refund and complaint. Pretty Average Service
I am a long-time customer of Woolworths. These days, I order our weekly groceries online to save time.
However, I am NOT happy with the delivery service. It seems the delivery guys are under pressure to deliver groceries on time (within the delivery time-frame) or to deliver as many orders as possible in the shortest possible time. The groceries are quite often treated like "demolished construction material taken to the dump".

Convenient
It was hard work to get delivery to my regional Victoria address and required some persistence with multiple phone calls and emails but I got there in the end. Free first delivery was offered due to the hard work I had to put in despite using at another address previously.
One item was received damaged in an order and a refund was issued with very little effort on my part - just a short phone call to an automated voice.
The only issue I have is that drivers do not appear to follow the instructions I left regarding where to leave the groceries when I am not at home. Thankfully I found the groceries before the dog did as I am sure he would have enjoyed the meat.

Not reliable.wasting time and money!!!!
I ordered an item online, paid and received confirmation for pick up.
Couple of hours later, a notification email set saying item is out of stock!!!!!!!

Items Missing but still Charged
Just had my first online experience with Woolies Online. Not good.
Ordered 3 six pack of 1.5 Ltr waters and was delivered 2. Ordered 2 Salami packs and both missing. Charged for both missing items.
Three other items were not in stock and could not be delivered. Still need to check my receipt.
Got a notification that my order was ready for pickup and then when I arrived the staff asked me to give them a 15 minute warning in the future by pressing the 'On My Way' button on the App. I live 2 mins away from the Woolies!
Extremely poor customer experience and I don't trust the stores to get it right. Get Better!

After first failed online shop gave a second chance
Online difficult to navigate and setup. Green potato skins, missing item, and overcharged $1.00 per item for same stock than in-store. Driver failed to delivered at agreed time and didn't follow delivery instructions. Left a single item from another order at out address.

There is always something wrong
3 online shoppings, 1 product replaced and the other shopper picked a wrong item. That was annoying because I had to go to into the store to change. Double trip!!

Substandard availability of stock and poor delivery times.
Woolworths as a whole tends to fail at restocking their products and has a fairly limited range of products to choose from, their meat range in particular lacks a lot of choice, with other supermarket chains offering factory farm free meat while Woolies doesn't, for example. This is amplified in their online store where a day after ordering I was told that several of the items I ordered were out of stock. ng, you may not find the product you want. Lastly, their delivery times are a bit weird. They claim to offer same-day delivery but this seems to only be available if you order very early in the day. Also, when I had to select delivery options I wasn't allowed to choose anything other then 3pm-6pm the following day for some reason. Has improved service
Often leads you to buy/only show what they want to sell (welcome to the age of algorithms), but it's simple to navigate and I've only had a couple of times where they messed up, but refunded omitted items the same day. A good service, considering the volume of orders processed.
Price? Delivery fees?
Those are subjective points for each buyer to consider. This customer is satisfied with the service.

Buyer Beware
Out of stock constantly and every one be aware, have you checked your prices lately. I was informed that my order is packed at Norwest Circa Store. Small store, no wonder. Schofields is huge and makes more sense.
