Xtreme Seal

I am very skeptical when it comes to home improvement companies, however Xtreme Seal has definitely changed my mind. They were punctual, clean, VERY clean, delivered as promised and were incredibly professional. I have read their negative reviews when I was making my mind up and I have to say, in my humble opinion, thoses negative reviews are most likely fake. I highly recommend Xtreme Seal to anyone that is considering using their services. They repaired my leaking shower and repaired all the leak resultant damage.
Thank you so much Ivan for your professionalism, you truely do set the benchmark high and you truly are an excellent example of an honest and ethical sales representative. Keep up the good work!

Had Ivan come out and have a look at my shower. Out of all the quotes I had, I believed that this was the most professional service I received. When they came to fix my shower they were on time and completed in a respectable timeframe with the job done properly. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Like so many others here have reported, they are big on intimidating tactics to get you to sign up. Promise dates and continuously change. In the end, once I had paid 95% of the bill they just decided to not come back and finish the job. Countless phone calls and emails got me nowhere. I wish I had have done a bit more investigation prior to signing up. Thieves would be a good way of characterising these people. Beware the high pressure tactics and there insatiable demands to get money off you before any work is done.
They have flatly refused to pay money back for work not done.
Now Im forced to pay out even more money to get work completed that they started.
Beware, beware, beware.......

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ivan from the beginning when we engaged Xtreme Seal. Great company! Ivan is a young and very knowledgeable guy who knows his work better than any other "professional" I have met in their industry so far.

Xtreme Seal repaired my two balconies and one downstairs shower. Ivan even took his time to teach me some things that I had never known about. Really great company to deal with. Worth their service in GOLD!

My experience was exactly the same as many of the other reviews. Poor customer service, and very intimidating tactics. Now that I have a defect type problem with their workmanship, I cannot even reach them by phone, email or text. To get any satisfaction, I will have to escalate the matter with the appropriate authorities.

At the first meeting on site extremely charming and convincing. Very pushy regarding 50% deposit and locking in job.Extremely intimidating when it came to final payment. They changed completion date but wanted payment before job was completed!! Extremely unprofessional. Do not use.

once you pay the 50% deposit, good luck getting a refund if you have a dispute. They will come to start the work and then change the quote!! not professional at all.

Wish we never used xtreme seal for our shower regrout.
Was told they put a waterproof membrane down after grinding out grout then come back the next day to finish being 14 hrs or so.
Guy finished in 5 hrs destroyed our perfectly good shower we were getting done as a preventative measure.
Now our shower is not usable.
They will not answer the phone or fix the issue.
Just do not use them as if things go wrong they will not help you at all.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Nothing but exceptional service and quality offered from the team at Xtreme Seal. These guys know what they're doing and do it well. I would definitely recommend their services.

Their step-by-step communication throughout made the experience great. Quality work and everything was done neatly - no mess, no fuss. A professional team that must not be overlooked. Thanks guys.

Warning, do not go near this company. They are only interested in getting your money. Rudest, most unprofessional people ever encountered. They make you pay half the quote when you book and if you cancel they will charge $269 as an administration fee even if you cancel the same day. They will then try to intimidate you from cancelling by trying to add many other expenses to be deducted from your deposit. Consumer Affairs are aware of this company.
