Scam Alert
Do not trust this company. They sent a notification to my email address. It said someone living nearby wanted to meet me. There was a photo of someone attractive-looking. In order to read their message in full I had to pay a subscription fee of $74.00 AUD, which I did. The notification turned out to be fake. Every time I clicked on the photo I was redirected to someone else who I was not attracted to. The so-called member that wanted to meet me did not exist. I demanded a refund and threatened legal action. I made a report to Consumer Affairs a...
Read morend launched a dispute with my bank. I received a refund within 24 hours. If this happens to you, go hard. Keep threatening legal action, keep records of their fake notifications, and spread the word. This company is not to be trusted.

Crap dating site
The technology is flawed. It always has the same profiles as showing online now. Plenty of people show interest but nobody responds to messages which makes me think they are just bots as the pics look really generic. I have had zero dates and zero success and will not be renewing. Don't waste your cash.

I want to be refunded!
You receive several messages from bots (robots, fake profiles) to convince you to subscribe, such as Alerts, Zoosk Member wants to meet you, but after you pay no one responds to you or just reply with automatic replies and smiles. You can't get a refund! No one is responsible for the site. I want to be refund!
Zoosk is full of fake profiles and scammers!
Zoosk creates fake profiles, and lures members to make them pay on coins, boost etc.
The site is full of scammers, players and inappropriate images on male members profiles.
Zoosk support email is not in anyway a support, nor helpful. They do not address any problem nor solve serious issues that occur online.
Beware of this site!!

I’m out, it’s an unhealthy form of social media…for me
Look I think Zoosk is about perfect for the especially good looking, but those special people you actually want to meet, the cool ones, just do not fit this medium…and thus totally miss even speaking to each other.
I was married to a pretty lady for 15 years, had and have an excellent job, I look ok, and have stuff really going ahead in my life….but on Zoosk this means ZERO.
The women on Zoosk are clearly utterly over [Word Removed] or even a fair equal partnership, they want a guy who will impress their still married friends and that’s about...
Read more it….hell I have a female friend who basically admitted this to me. Zoosk is a cold bitter lesson when you are an average, but cool, loved and respected within your local community person wanting love or at least fun. Might be best to just hit the cafes, bars, libraries, supermarket etc to meet your life partner or f-Buddy. No more Zoosk for me thanks.fake profile everywhere
Crpyto scam site many fake profiles and someone even sent me a nude video, disgusting. If you see fake profile one out of 20, probably ok, but in 24 hours, 2-5 fake trying to promotion bitcoin? I applied for refund hopefully can get my money back

Fake Profiles With Absolute Rubbish
I joined this site trying to find a decent woman, I have noticed all profiles are fake and photos not real. All connections and conversations been managed by some low life office staff. Warning, never pay a cent nor waste your time with cheap site like the zoo site.
Do Not Consider
So after you join - pre any payment - you get all these messages and likes from the opposite sex. Curiosity builds and you think, ok there is someone out there who may be my ideal match. You sign up and pay the subscription fee, whether for 1 month or 6 months, on the intention of looking at your messages and hoping that you find your partner. The bad news is that once you pay your subscription fee, miraculously the messages disappear and guess what, you've been sucked in by this pathetic website of false pretence. Give it a big miss. Zoosk is there to make money. Not to assist you in any way at all. I rate them 0 out of 1 trillion.
A Scamm Site For Sure
At first I seem to be getting lots of hits from suitable women, but as I drilled down and analyzed the responses from the ones that replied I found similarities in responses. The conversations were oddly stunted, not flowing. Always by the second conversation I was being asked " tell me more about yourself" and then " send me your email address and mobile number so we can talk direct" Sounds VERY FISHY. When I replied SCAMMER to one "prospect" There was no rebuttal or what are you talking about. Just silence. That assures me that it is a scam site just hooking you in for more dollars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible
I contacted Zoosk as my credit card and PayPal would not work in paying for a subscription. They replied and explained how I could do it, still didn't work. They offered me a coupon but I couldn't find the box to put it in. I deleted account since no point being on there when can't chat to anyone.. I tried again with zoosk thinking maybe could work this time but no.. I contacted zoosk again a few times and I never got a reply as was wanting to pay somehow to be on there.. No way now..
Pathetic, ridiculous site will not recommend to anyone EVER!!

ZOOSK Play On Your Emotions.
I was drawn to Zoosk from reviewers that Zoosk obviously we’re part of. It sounded wonderful with a huge chance of meeting that special friend. I’m not a bad looking bloke for my 71 years, so I put myself on Zoosk for a month at $35 and got about 100 “Views”, Women 60 plus who liked my looks. Of that number I approached 10 and got no replies, or so I thought. Except 1 63y/o Lady who told me I was too old. I was shattered.
I finally got a message that one of the Girls I had written to wanted to meet me. You beauty!!. “Please press here for acces...

Try it if you wish to learn how cyinical and fishy one can get
I have used a few dating apps but this one feels like a scam. Pushing heavily to pay on every move; very poor quality. The website can somewho work. Interacting with profiles doesn’t stop because no option to delete them. It is hard to believe that this service gets better reviews than others. It feels fishy to me. Good news: I finally got 2 messages from ladies - one day after my subscription is over. Should I re-subscribe?

SCAM DO NOT TRUST OR USE ZOOSK
even though i stopped my subscription my photo and details stay up and people still try to contact you . I also spoke to someone else who said the same thing Zoosk keep your profiles and info up to make themselves look like they have heaps of people on there this is not true
Don't waste your money
As soon as I joined I was approached by scammers, next thing messages were sent to men by who knows??, but not me, then without any communication from Zoosk they blocked my membership! When I complained I was advised that I'd have to set up everything again and they'd add 30 days for free... I decided it wasn't worth it. There's better sites, don't waste your money.

!! Total scam be wary of all the positive reviews (supposidly) on here. You have been warned.
Sept 2021 signed up for 6 months. Messaged about 50 people (about 20 of which had said they liked my profile). Not one I mean not one of those people got back to me, I mean this includes people who had said they liked my profile. Zoosk is very difficult to use, change location, chat easily compared to other well known dating sites. Honestly I believe many of the reviews here on Product review to be fake. I urge you to look at other review sites. Finally I hope I am wrong about all this. Zoosk plays on our emotions or we let them. If you do give it a go please only sign for one month and make sure you cancel as they always auto renew WTH?? Good luck and all the best.
Over being used
Sick of being contacted by men as a joke or for one thing only. Isn't there any genuine men out there. How do you vet them. I'm honest and true but men arent
Unable to contact any administrator from zoosk.
I received a cryptic message from another member telling me that her female friend was interested in contacting me. Within a few hours I was unable to access my account and have just found out that an administrator had blocked my account. No contact or explanation. I have been unable to locate a contact point to discuss this with anyone at zoosk. I'd just like to know what happened as to the best of my knowledge I had not crossed any boundaries. I am also suspicious of many of the "profiles" not being genuine.

Terrible waste of money
I wish I had done more research before signing up for Zoosk. For some reason, it was rated highly in an article for dating apps. There are too many dormant accounts. Don't waste your time or money with this app. Tinder and Bumble are much better.

The worst of the lot.
While this may have the better reviews rating I obviously do not understand why.
First up I do not pay for any dating site & possibly be my reason.
It is the only dating platform I have tried that simply does not allow free chats. Every other platform at least allows chatting if you match...this one does not allow this feature.
Added to 30 plus likes in the 1st hour then yes my dubious heart takes over.
While there are some genuine people on here I guess in regional Australia this really does not help to be honest. There is only a certain poo...

Navigating around and customer service is so difficult
You continue to charge when we have opted out. You are misleading in the way you present memberships. If we tick one month (we want ONLY ONE MONTH)...so why do you continue to charge us even if we've signed out of there and said we only want one month?
Money Hungry
I asked them not to take money but they continue to do so. It is just here to empty your wallet DO NOT USE. I will have to cancel my credit card to stop these robber's
non biast approach in line on
Zoosk is the top of the list with more negative comments then positive vibes only how could even review services claim unbuist reporting . People log in to find the true not mumbo jumbo
