Scammers!
Paid for an item, it then showed as incomplete so made me pay again. They then declined my cancellation request for one item!

Disgusting, dishonest, and unprofessional!
Bought a Heller fan from them (Sept 2020). Product was faulty and am still (March 2021) trying to get a refund. They are rude and try anything and everything to try and wiggle out of doing the right thing.

Unreliable and cannot be Trusted!
We do not find this dealer reliable. My wife ordered for a kids table and chair through ebay last month but our order never got delivered through this dealer in-spite of putting in the correct address. Upon following up with them, they conveniently said that you did not put the right address but we had ordered two items and the other item from another dealer got delivered to us in spite of having the same address when placing the order. If one of the item wasn't delivered, either 247 deals haven't sent it or they have not entered the address co...
Read morerrectly as they were the ones sending it! How come AusPost till date has delivered all of our parcels correctly to our home address except for this one! Additionally, we had entered our mobile number too but no one even contacted us. Amidst all this we couldn't trust 247 deals more and requested for a refund and they did not refund us in full but charged us more than 15 dollars for something that we did not receive. So all in all the way the dealer works is, you place an order but you cannot be guaranteed to receive your order for no fault of yours. However, you will end up paying x amount of dollars for nothing. Their customer service is also very unhelpful and rude. Needless to say, we will not be ordering any stuff from this dealer and would advise you to stay away too as we feel trust is above everything. If you blame someone for something, prove it well else ensure you fix the issue as it is mainly about the trust and service especially for businesses that operate online!- Shipping

No problems whatsoever
I was after 15 headphones for a community radio station and ordered them online from 247 deals. They only had 13 in stock so I was able to amend my order immediately.
I was a bit unsure about ordering from them as there weren't many reviews and those I did find were dated 2015 or older. But I felt secure paying with PayPal so took the plunge and I am very happy to report that the service was extremely prompt and efficient. I received email confirmation within minutes. The order was placed late on Friday and by Tuesday 9am, I received t...
Read morehe headphones via Australia Post. It went without a hitch and I'd definitely buy here again. What led me to find 247 deals in the first place was an unsatisfactory response I'd received from Dick Smith online (now owned by Kogan). They were selling the same headphones for $42 a pair (247 deals were selling for $39) but the big turn off for me was Dick Smith's delivery charge. For 15 headphones, they would have charged me $135 for delivery as they simply take the single postage charge ($9) and multiply it 15 times. On top of that, they would add another $101.25 for optional express postage, so a total of $251.75. I emailed them to ask them to amend their postage charge in line with other online retailers, but that was rejected, stating that they sell at the lowest price possible. More than a little miffed, I went back online and found 247 deals. Not only did they sell each headphone set $3 cheaper, but they posted all 13 sets, express, in a big carton, for $9.95. All up I paid $517 delivered. 13 sets at Dick Smith (as well as Kogan/Tandy) would have cost me $750.75 express delivered. Saving $234 is a good deal in my book. I'm 100% happy and in future will check 24/7 deals first before looking elsewhere.

Best priced Miele vacuum cleaner out there!
I ordered a Miele Complete C3 Cat & Dog vacuum cleaner from 247 Deals. The RRP was $729 and 247 Deal's price of $479 beat all of the competition. I was a bit nervous ordering from them as I had never heard of this retailer before. Nothing to worry about though as the vacuum was delivered by Australia Post in less than a week from ordering. Happy to buy from them again for their great prices and service.
Bought Phillips Stereo
Bought a phillips stereo and the service was excellent and they acknowledged my emails, it was the busiest time of the year and i got my item within 7 days of ordering on boxing day 2013, well done and a great internet site to buy goods and better than retail prices even with the sales .

Great service
So many antennas on the market and having little experience or knowledge I took a guess and ordered the above product after a bit of research. It was the cheapest of its brand after comparison with other on line sellers. The product was delivered within a week which is fair and reasonable.
Top quality, easily assembled and cheapest on the market for this brand.
Instructions could have been a bit clearer.
