Stitching always come loose
I’ve bought a few tights from 2xu and all of them have had the stitching come loose and holes appear, the waste is also not secure. I’ve returned some and others I’ve just thrown out. I’ve found that cheaper tights from kmart are better quality stitching and stay in place.

Hampton/Brighton staff
Returned pants after 4 months due to the logo coming off (they are within 12 month warranty with receipt) the girl that worked in the Hampton store is now at DFO Cheltenham, she is so rude and acts like she owns the company anyone would think she’s paying for the return, was like this to me last time in the Hampton store also. The other girl at dfo Cheltenham was fantastic and agreed they were faulty and swapped them over without question. The other girl from Hampton has zero customer service skills and needs to realise it’s jot her company she’s an employee not the owner!

Mediocrity to the max
never seen such a mediocre brand like 2xu before in my ilfe. Every single garment i have bought has benn a disaster, tshirts shrink and logi comes off when washed, socks shrink, logos comes off every single garnebt ive purchased, bought a wet suit and paid lots and within 3 months it ripped. . But the worst thing out of all this is that Ive calked customer service lots of times in the past and the havent had the decency to speak to me or return my calls. very expensive for tights that are see through and crap waist band
I have the compression tights with the silver logo, the band is a single drawstring that dig in or slip down. They are see through at the bum so I have to wear long tops to wear them, so I barely wear them because most tops don't cover my whole backside. I had high hopes because they get a lot of hype but they really are not worth the money.

LOVE!!
Absolutely LOVE my 2XU leggings. Having more than just standard sizing is so so great for people like myself who are very tall. My leggings don’t roll down during my workout and are so incredibly comfy. So happy with them!

ordered on 2xu website. Order the size by size guide but it is not fit. Submit return form and get response next day. If 2XU website can show customer service contact number will be easy for customers.

2xu regrets
Very disappointed! They are see through so I can't wear them in the light!! I have to stick to dark spin classes in order to wear them and the depressing part is I can't find my receipt:(

The pants are see through
I bought 2xu compression pants 3/4 length from the Brighton store 3186 and had them fitted by a staff member.
Once I was out in the day light and in the gym each time I squatted down the pants left nothing to the imagination of others.......
I returned the pants with my receipt washed and requested a refund as they were not fit for the purpose in which I purchased them for and was told that the pants were fitted correctly and that the material stretches and that is why the pants are see through when I squat down.
Needless to say the shop staff asked if I would like to purchase a different style of pant as I could not return the new pair as I had worn them.

Really good product
I bought two pairs of 2XU compression pants - one for recovery and one for workout - mainly for running and the gym (high intensity sessions etc). Both of them are excellent. I was skeptical at first, and was not looking forward to all the weird looks, however I have found that during exercise or running, my legs don't feel fatigued and afterwards there is little (if any) delayed onset muscle soreness. ercising, the blood is pumped - not really sure of the science, but I know it differs slightly to Skins (which I also have a pair of) which are not as compressed/tight. I recommend going the smallest size you can, using the sizing chart on the box - if in doubt, go smaller. The 2XU are endorsed by AIS and a lot of professional athletes swear by them. I almost always wear them with shorts over the top - I think the material is slightly too thin to not wear them with shorts as occasionally in a stretch you can see through to my leg hairs - so god knows what people would see if I didn't have the shorts on. The only annoying thing is they are really hard to put on - you really need to stretch the bottom cuffs to get them over the heel and sometimes it feels like I am doing damage by stretching them heaps. But they are quite durable and don't seem to have stretched, although be careful, as on one of my pair the stitching has come loose at the ankle. I recommend hand washing or using a washing machine with cold water on delicate cycle as the silver tribal design apparently peels off if you don't take care of them. Never received my purchase!
I bought this item on ebay on the 11th of Nov and have been expecting the delivery until now. When I enquired yesterday 2XU replied saying that they have in their system that the item was delivered to me and that they have my signature! They sent me a consignment number from Couriers Please and when I check the tracking system it says that it was delivered on the 13th of Nov at 10:30am. More interestingly, it has an attempt of writing on a PDA my name as the signature. This is very dodgy. I wrote 2XU saying that I did not received or signed any...Read more
delivery, and they are not replying my messages now. I had to start a dispute on Paypal to get my money back. Avoid this shop and courier. I'm terribly disappointed by 2XUs customer service, as they keep insisting that they have in their system that the item was delivered to me, not listening to the actual customer who is enquiring because he paid for a purchase which never arrived. terrible customer service, purchase was not delivered1 comment
