Camera is ok but don't expect any support from them
The camera is OK but is not true 4k and needs good light for a clear picture. it's good for some fun all round shooting though. luckily i live in Brisbane so sunlight is not often an issue.
Unfortunately though the company who make it can only be called incompetent. Apparently they chose to close the 360fly.com.au site because the Australia arm closed down and no-one was available to support the site (they clearly they don't know that the internet is global and supporting a site from another country is totally possible)
what they haven't done...Read more

Avoid 360Fly at all costs.
We purchased the 360Fly 4K Action Camera for $349 in November last year and the quality is and always has been substandard. It really is a piece of junk. We have contacted 360 Fly on a number of occasions and have had no response – their customer service does not exist.
The camera itself is inferior to any GoPro on the market – the 4K quality is terrible, the colours are neither sharp nor vivid, resolution is poor, there is just no clarity. The hardware feels good quality as it is so heavy, but we know better.
Not sure if we bought a dud as we haven’t had the opportunity to get it fixed as have not replied to our emails.
Avoid 360Fly at all costs.

Fun camera
This is a review of the 4K 360 fly camera I bought from JB HI FI. We bought this to mount on my sons bike to record his trips. It weighs around 170 grams and is the size of a tennis ball. Maybe to heavy for a drone if you are looking at that option.
Pros: Battery lasts about 2hrs. Its solid and does not (that i am aware) stitch images so there is no seem line. Produces clear footage. The camera is very easy to operate unless you want to change a setting (see below). Its kinda cool looking and sits nice on a bike etc.
Cons. You need to w...Read more
i fi it to an app to change any settings. This wi fi often fails. The footage is 4k so hugs files. The camera does NOT break the file sizes up into small manageable clips. ie 2min intervals etc. Sooo you get a massive 5 GIG file to go through unless you stop and start it continually. The image is very distorted. Your nose will look out of place, your ears will spread out. Even in its non 360 degree mode the footage is very wide angled and everything is stretched or looks far away. The clips you see on you tube searches of this camera are pretty correct in what you can expect from it. It has its own program to edit clips on a desktop or laptop - but its nothing serious. To sum up; this camera is for fun, nothing more. This fun costs a lot of money though. It sits in my sons cupboard because we kinda got over it and reverted back to a drift and ghost which we can tag to keep files aside.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
