There is no fabric softener tray on Haier, you need to buy combination detergent softener ( you can use the remainder of any you have manually )

Sorry not sure, As we only had the washing for a week, As I did not like it, It Tangled all the clothes up

Hi Jill check your model washer in your manual, it should dhow how to select spin dry only.

E3: The washtub is not spinning. This is due to the washer not being leveledproperly or an overloaded tub. Adjust the leveling legs to balance the washer.Remove some clothing and rearrange the clothes inside the tub. The machinewill start within 10 seconds after being rebalanced

No the machine does not have a heating element in it. You could fill it with several buckets of hot water from another source/tap, leaving the machine setting on a Cold Setting. Since you have manually filled the machine with Hot Water the first part of your wash will obviously be Hot. To clean the top loader, place 1/2 cup bicarbonate of soda and 2 cups white vinegar in, Let it run as usual it will rinse on a cold cycle. The bicarb and vinegar break down any grease or dirt particles and keep the hoses nice and clean. Hope that helps

There is no fabric softener tray in the machine its designed to use a detergent with a built in softener. If you want to use up your existing fabric softener you can mix some in a bottle with detergent & water ( not directly as it will stain ) and put it in at the start of the cycle or pour a some diluted softener (mixed with water) manually during final rinse

This is an Earth Leakage Fault going from the machine to your power ( your house circuit trips out because its detecting a a fault and protecting you from electrocution risks ) If its happening in spin cycle it may be overloading the power input causing it to trip, try a no load wash ( test with empty washing machine on a small wash ) and see if it still occurs, Regardless you should contact Haier. https://www.haier.com.au/customer-care/contact-us/. depending how old it is and if its under warranty they will advise the best course of action,

Sorry no idea, But the washing comes out all Tangled up, And comforter melted on top of the bowl, I took it back and got a different band

Yes that is the powder dispenser however, I was looking for the fabric conditioner dispenser. Thank you for your help.

I don’t seem to have this problem but I do very gently put the clothes in to start, one by one. Only thing that’s gets caught together is long pyjama pants but only takes a second to unravel.

Hi Jan like the previous answer I'm very careful putting in clothes one at a time. Also I don't put clothes in to the top of the machine. I do however find that queen size sheets do tangle once when I tried to put other clothes in. Hope this helps. Cheers Dee

Hi Dee555 I only put sheets in separate from clothes which still tangle as for clothes any thing with long sleeves or legs get really tangled only bought this machine because I was having trouble bending down to load the front loader, thanks for your reply Jan

Hahahaha tell me about it. Had repair guy come to change a part but didnt fix it. So i told him r u sure its not the button part. I was rite.
So if u unscrew the screews on the top wer the buttons r and lift it like a oven top does... he unscrewd under the buttons an fiddled with it and boom machine g2g. Its not the switchnoard thing on righthand side hahahahaha. Now my spin pump is tired E1 and no drain after rinse and spin cycle sounds like tired an slow and restarting ova n ova. I hate it. Now ots leaking out the new spin pump he replaced after another week later.
