Very Helpful and Friendly Staff.
Needed a replacement Topeak mount for my front mudguards and was advised to go to 99 Bikes. My local is Ipswich and I was very happy with the service given to firstly locate the necessary part and then to place an order for one. Part arrived instore in 4 days and I was contacted on the day it arrived.
Needless to say I continue to go back to my Ipswich store as I keep getting top quality service.

I wouldn’t recommend the Ipswich store to anyone.
Staff were very rude. As a female going into the store asking specific questions after restoring an old cruiser bike they shrugged me off and told me to not waste my time and to just buy a new bike. I wasn’t interested and after multiple attempts for asking for help I wasn’t satisfied. I went to another bike store and they got me exactly what I wanted and more. It’s disgusting how I was treated and as a paying customer and a member of the rewards program I am not recommending this Ipswich store to any of my friends and family.

No favours here...
When a common tool ($13) was out of stock I suggested that if I could borrow their workshop tool I would be back to buy the tool when it was in stock and remain a loyal customer. They wanted to charge me $15 for 30 seconds of their time. A good/helpful relationships with your LBS used to be part of cycling, not any more.
