I used the tracker in conjunction with the light, very accurate tracking of all my sleep details, and easy set up and connectivity. App is very informative and easy to use, pairs well and allows full customisation. Great product, highly impressed with overall quality. Impressed by how it tracked vitals and my overall sleep quality.

Once the Reston is paired it works flawlessly. It tracks your vitals and gives you a sleep score. It's difficult to get a high score and really focusses on quality of sleep.
It just puts some focus on the 8 hours of sleep that I may or may not get.
