I have been having these for anxiety and highly recommend them.
Gentle, and work so well-cant recommend them enough! My 12 year old daughter has them to help with school anxiety-stops nausea feeling in the morning and has sedasleep gentle remedy at night to go to sleep as used to suffer insomnia that was effecting her school day. Works a charm!

We Loved it sedacalm!
My husband and I are farmers and use sedacalm to help us after a long day to relax and unwind for our bedtime. It's gentle, natural and has a real ease without making you feel heavy or groggy.

Great product for anxiety/nervous tension/insomnia!
This product is great. I am very sensitive to any drugs i.e. I only ever take the smallest possible dose and it usually works on me! I had some depression and anxiety, didn't feel like eating (butterflies in my stomach) and wasn't sleeping too well (waking up at 5am not being able to get back to sleep). Sedacalm takes off the edge, makes you feel relaxed (but not to heavy). After taking this for about 1 week from memory, I got my appetite back and was also sleeping better. one of my children that has real difficulty relaxing to go off to sleep at night cause I think it will just do enough to relax a bit! There is not groggy headache or anything like that after taking it! You can take as little as you need or the maximum dose allowed depending on how your body reacts! Not too strong for someone that is sensitive to medication.

Yes they do-well same time as a panadol takes to work. When I originally had it I actually take two sedacalm (since I was so anxiety ridden) and then just follow the one three times a day after that. You dont have a 'feeling' like alcohol or anything- it just removes the anxiety disorder sensations. There is also Sedasleep which is good bedtime.
Thankyou! Are you suppose to take them after meal and can you take one just before bed cause I suffer mild anxiety so hope they work long term!
Can I always take 2 in the morning and 3 after that each meal
