One of the best natural sleep aids I've found

published

I've found this to be one of the best natural sleep aids I've found, and trust me I've tried a lot! It's very calming and I notice a real difference when I take it. I also don't seem to develop a tolerance to it so the effect doesn't reduce over time, like it does with medicinal sleep aids from the pharmacy.

Purchased in August 2021.

A very effective sleep aid

published

Promotes gentle sleep without a hangover next day. Couldn't give 5 stars - only God is perfect......
Left no after affects even using it for days.
Couldn't find anything wrong with it, tho didn't use it for weeks on end.

I am a diabetic mellitus and had a heart bypass which means I take medicines to control that. Would they be side effects

So sorry Michael, but I am not a practitioner of any kind & cannot know the answer. However, I'd recommend you seek help from a naturopath. Bioplus might have naturopaths who can advise, but it's not worth using it under your circumstances. You may find a medical practitioner who is also a naturopath. Good luck.....

I would recommend consulting a pharmacist as they will know about medication interactions with herbs.

Can you use with breast feeding ?

That is a question you need to ask the manufacturers or a naturopath. Many herbs can be used with breastfeeding, but it's not worth risking baby's health without full knowledge of any herb. I am not a naturopath, nor a doctor and sorry, I can't help you with that question.
