The blinds look fantastic.
The total experience was seem less. We received a measure and quote providing multiple options. At no time did we feel any pressure to proceed. Once we decided timelines were clearly mapped out and once ready the installation process was easy.

Accent created amazing original Roman blinds with timber trim
Moving into a newly built house, I had an industrial look I was going for. I contact Accent blinds at Wallsend NSW and explained what look I was trying to achieve. Kayley was fantastic. She listened to my brief and totally understood what I was after. I wasnt even aware that Accent could custom make my blinds to suit my needs. Kayley came up with the fantastic option of adding timber beams to my blinds and I had so many choices of fabric.

Great quality
Always come fast for first measure, blind took a couple of extra weeks on what they originally advised, but came quickly for easy install. Have used Accent before in other houses and will probably use them again.

Poor after sales
The quality is good but the after sales is poor, they will not come out to see the problems, they make poor statements on photos sent in with the problems, unless you still have money to pay is the only way to make them fix the problem, they will not send you information on the awning gear box which is leaking, and I had to go to the fabric supplier for them to come out, they want the money but very poor service, and they like to blame you for incorrect size and install, I would not recommend them to any of my friends, and its a shame due to all my windows were installed by Accent, the management is not doing the right thing.

Great product, fantastic service
I have been a repeat customer of Accent for 5 years now.
Most recently I had them install roller blinds in my bedrooms and a living room shutter.
I’ve always found their prices to be the most competitive, the products to be top quality and the showroom staff and installer to be prompt, efficient and friendly.

Great service again.
Our blinds were installed today, August 27th, and the installer was here right at the time he was booked to come. He was very efficient and polite. This is the second time Accent Blinds have installed block out roller blinds in our home (one installation was some years ago) and each time they have been efficient and we have found your blinds to be just what we need and at a price that we, as pensioners, can afford. Shocking after sales service
We had our blinds installed in Feb 1919. The money was paid to AAH Pty Ltd. Our Quote number is 67563.A. One blind motor was faulty and it took months to get them out to fix it. We now have one blind that has come out of its track. An amount of $110 was paid 2 weeks ago to get a serviceman out to repair it. I have phoned a week ago to find out how long it will take to get it repaired and was told they do not have a serviceman in our area. When they do we will be notified when he is coming. How long is a piece of string. We are still waiting. Not a happy customer. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

Wish I’d gotten the blinds earlier
Had five blinds installed and they look fantastic and were installed promptly and efficiently. Will definitely be using Accent blinds for future renovations. My adult children will be also getting them installed

Shutters and blinds - great product and service
Our quote was done promptly, as was the follow-up measure. Our order was delivered in two stages as the blinds were ready more quickly than the shutters which were imported. The shutters fitted perfectly and all the products are excellent in style and quality. The installation was process went very smoothly. What an awsome job accent blinds have done in making our grey vertical blinds and a huge Thank you to Andrew whom installed them. Accent blinds are very highly recommended as our original blinds in the house are 20yrs old and in were in good workinging order and purchased also from accent blinds and reason for changing them was to update our color scheme through the house. Great service and fantastic shutters!
We were very satisfied with the service and product supplied. We had a small shutter installed a few months ago and recently we had 2 large ones installed in our living room and bedroom. We are looking forward to ordering more shutters for the other rooms. The entire process was really easy. When we received the quote we were given great advice on which windows we should put shutters or blinds. The installer was amazing in coming up with solutions to work around obstacles. Quality products, flexible service
Had 7 double roller blinds installed today (order 73671.A) by Andrew and have been very pleased with the service. From Ian's initial measure and quote to installation it's been a reasonable 4 weeks. Accent blinds were very flexible with our installation and it was never a problem to have other people home for second measurements and installation and call them before arrival as I was at work. It was also not a problem to add privacy blinds to the existing roller blinds in our lounge room (pictured). The old venetian blinds in our bedrooms were also uninstalled and disposed of at minimal cost, saving us the hassle. The quality of the blinds are exceptional and we know they will last for years to come - thanks Andrew, Ian & the team at Accent!
Blocking out the sun - Cassette rollers
Returning customers. We installed sun blocking cassette rollers. Fantastic service from the office, the quoter and the installer. The cassette roller is excellent and works exactly as promoted. Ongoing satisfaction.

The installer was very helpful and very nice and explained how to work the roller blinds and asked if I wanted them to work together or separate. The salesman was also very friendly and offered advice.
Dissatisfied no after sale service provided.
No after sale service, contacted store and was advised they would phone back. After 2 days not receiving a phone call I phoned again and was advised there was no record of my previous phone call. Someone did eventually phone back and I was told there was new owners and Accent would not service products installed by precious owner. New owner bought the coy and the product therefore should be servicing their product.
Very dissatisfied no service provided.
Love our new blinds!
We found the process very smooth and easy from start. Our blinds actually arrived earlier than expected.
We reported a flaw on one blind and the problem was rectified without issue.
Excellent Quality, service as always
We had 2 Venetians Blinds installed, replacing old ones. We have always used Accent Blinds for all our window dressings, they are very helpful. Price on point. Quality is excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Ordered both panel glide and roller blinds. Ian, the sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Blinds arrived in two weeks. The installer did a great job, and the finished products look fabulous. The blinds are great quality, were a good price and we are very satisfied.
Excellent Product and Service
We have just had some venetian blinds installed in our bathroom/toilets. We are extremely happy with the product and service we have received from Accent at Wallsend right from the inital phone call to get a quote through to the installation. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We had 3 quotes and they were the cheapest but quality is great - highly recommended.

Love these blinds
I have just purchased and have had installed roller blinds in my living room. I chose Accent as two years ago I had fantastic Accent panel glides installed in my bedrooms. I love the quality of your products and Jeff, the salesperson and Dave, the installer are excellent representatives of your company.
Extremely Happy Customer
I really love my shutters they make the house look so modern. The price was amazing i really did not expect to be paying anything under ten grand for these but now have 3 huge windows at the front of the house plus 3 other Bedrooms, Kitchen & big window at the end of the hallway with Shutters also 4 Roller Blinds on a couple of glass doors at the rear of my house. I just want to say thanks Accent Blinds for the service of the ladys in the office, Ian who gave us a great price & to the guys who installed everything for us.

I am extremely happy with my bedroom shutters which was installed by a lovely man named Dave from Newcastle Branch. Jeff the salesman was also prompt with his quote. The only problem was I did have to wait 11 weeks but the office staff did keep me up to date with the delay reasons.
They are the worst company I have ever met.
They are the worst company I have ever met. No customer service, the lady un the phone is so rude, they are really bad on timing, they don’t do any of their promises, the blind is low quality, it is about 4 month they are fixing their mistakes on the blinds on our unit, cutting, changing &... resizing.
I don’t understand how the do lots of advertising on the radio. We are tired of them. Accent Blind is the worst.

Poor business practice and poor customer service

order was placed at the start of December and I called mid January to be told the order was ready, no one bothered to call. They booked an install day for 2 weeks later. When the installer came to install, he put the blinds up but didn’t have any of the 4 motors and only had 3 changers and no remotes. They are blaming the supplier. But at no point did they check the order before getting to my property. Poor business practice.
