So devastated, put my life on this computer not expecting it to just roll over and die after six months. Stupid me didn't back anything up, so mad argh!
Customer service is non existent from a foreign exchange that you almost need an interpreter for. Waited over 2 weeks for them to call tell me it's dead not offer replacement because apparently they have no mother boards, how do they make computers....very badly. Given store credit, what the hell do I do with store credit when the same unit is now $500 more. Wasted $3199 on this machine plus many more dollars as I haven't been able to conduct my online business. Please do yourself a favour and stay well away from it and the Acer company, They offer zero care factor to their customers.
