has not failed in this extreme heat .settings are easy to understand and perform well.in 43 degree temps outside the unit is more than capable, roof temp would be much higher and still performs as one would expect.
Purchased in November 2021 at actron air installed by ample air.

Terrible
We have just moved into our new Simonds home and Actron aircontioning unit was included. Unfortunately just after a month, this unit has stopped working because of some manufacturing fault. The worst part is the service team - the lead time was 3 days and someone came today after a week to just inform nothing can be done for another 1 week. It has been so hot, temperature has been over 35 degrees on a daily basis. I seriously would not recommend anyone to use this brand. All my holiday break has been ruined in this extreme heatwave. ame over from overseas for the first time in the new house and they have got sick coz of this heat. We can’t of course change the weather conditions, which is why paid money to get the aircon installed, which is of no use either. Thanks team Actron and Actron air conditioner for ruining my christmas break. Had proper quality assurance been done at the product level, would not had to suffer on a daily basis and don’t even know till when.Purchased for $12,000.00.

This is perfect, should have done it sooner.
This unit cools the entire house very quickly and even in the extreme heat we have had over Christmas. The controller is very user friendly, even my 7 year old can use it.
Purchased in December 2021 for $6,800.00.

Hi 39 degrees and the ducted ac has stopped working again! It seems that every 2 years or so we have to have the soft start and/or the capacitors replaced. I have now stopped having the soft start part replaced as it would fail too regularly. I would say that since my original purchase ten years ago I have probably paid as much in service calls and parts as it would have cost to buy individual split ac for each of my rooms. Cost of ownership has proven to be out of control.
