My sister was visiting from Scotland and this trip was meant to be a highlight of her holiday!! The barge was not fit for purpose. Very little seating, overcrowded and was quickly apparent that we had been conned. This company should be investigated. Can't imagine how they have a license to operate. Fortunately we decided to get off before the thing sailed along with several others but our Hogmannay was effectively ruined. Still trying to contact The company to negotiate a refund. Reporting them to the Tourist board and also consummer rights.

Very disappointed with the food not many food choices and we were asking for food to be brought up deck all night. The fine print says subject to seasonal availability, well, chicken wings, lamb kebabs, fetta & spinach triangle (to name of few) are not seasonal and are readily available in stores. We paid $200 through Scoopon and redeemed through you and this price according to your advertisement was half price. If that was the case, how come I can buy tickets from the same boat cruise for $145 per adult. Should have gone there in the first place. False advertising and a rip off by Afloat Cruises. First lesson learnt for 2018 Beware of Afloat Cruises.

Stay away from Afloat Cruises. Appallingly false advertising. Terrible food. Horrible queues for drinks and toilets. Disgusting toilets. Lasted less than 15 minutes than promised. We couldn't see the fireworks at all.

Horrific experience, 100% false advertising, barely any food, warm beers, poor service and some very rude staff, vile toilets that weren’t refreshed or cleaned, huge queues for the bar and toilet, and the boat even managed to find a spot on the river where we couldn’t see the fireworks, quite laughable really, don’t waste your money, you’ll have a much better night if you stay at home.

We did a NYE cruise. Firstly, the process of getting people onto the boats was poorly managed.
Secondly, the food was absolutely awful. What was advertised on the flier sounded great but what we got was cold, greasy fried stuff and patties party pies and sausage rolls.
Very disappointing.

The food was horrible. The young boys serving the food use no gloves or any utensils. They pick up the rubbish of the floor by hands and then go back to handling the food.

Boarding was very frustrating and disorganised.. ran out of drinks coke soda water brandy etc by 10.30 on nye cruise .. disgraceful... food was very few and far between and you had to go downstairs to get it.. no service.. for $399 per head we did the lady cutler last year for $170 per head but paid for our drinks but was a much better nye cruise...Ruined our nye to be honest.

2017 NYE cruise in Perth, total misleading in what you actually receive. Will never ever book or recommend anyone to these people. Boat is old, staff are young and just didn't care, 30 minute line up to receive drinks, very little food. For the premium price you pay you would be better throwing your money out the window. Very disappointed!

I would think that for what is a floating club for five hours on NYE that the DJ would have been at least passingly good. The music selection was out of date 10 years ago, and kept playing floor clearer after floor clearer. I think the nutbush line dance was one of the lowest points. Also apparently this is an all ages thing so get ready for 12 year old making requests. Not seen so many people sitting around looking bored when they should be celebrating. Good cruise, lovely staff, OK food and steady supply of drinks. All round, pretty poor excuse for a NYE event.

Firstly it took forever to check in.
The boat needs major upgrading very old and almost falling apart. The food was digusting not much choice and their wasnt enough left starving. There were way to many people onboard and staff were not very well trained and never provided great service. If it wasnt for the music and disco lights the experience would have been even worse. Absolutely a waste of time and money.

Worst cruise ever. Started having to pay for drinks. Very little food, we were told they hadn’t catered for the number! Don’t do it save your money. Even the manager told us he didn’t care!

My friends and i went on the 21st october for moonwalk its was good but the food was cold and not what its saying on the website.we paid extra 10.00 for photos and to meet the cast but we didnt get any.no information from staff how to do the photos or meet the cast .

The boat could have more decorative to stand out .

But apart from that its all good

Book n paid in full for 3 tickets in December 16 for a cruise on 13 March 17. Unable to use my code on their given website or contact anyone in their office. Just stuck n left hanging with no accountability.
