Well layed out app to browse and find jobs quickly. Simple quote/payment system between clients. Two things I would like to see change would be fees relative the job value and a way to direct message without a job being accepted so contact details aren't auto removed.

Stay right away from this site, dodgy as hell, I spoke to [name removed] via email in their so called Help section, only to try and wash their hands of a task that had been done for me. I asked [name removed] for the number of the person who completed my task as I had questions about the task done. She refused to give his information and said air Tasker was not responsible for any defects caused by persons doing the task? Who's talking about a defect.... Useless customer service... Stay right away and save your money

My experiences has been good, I don't have issue regarding the platform. Just the fees for the jobs under $5.000 are too high. It should be a little bit more fair.

It's a great way to expose myself to customers market, seeing what customers need, offering them my services and finding out what people are looking for. It helps to know how much people are willing to pay as well for my services.

I have used this plenty of time and have been disappointed a few times from people cancelling on me letting me down but the big problem is they keep your money for weeks and don't get back to you for weeks and refund your money for ages they currently owe me $135

I tried to book 3 tasks. 1 tradesperson turned up and did the job properly (electrician). For the other 2 jobs no one ever showed up. I had to keep rebooking them and then still no one would show up. My renovation was delayed everytime. Airtasker are hopeless about refunding. The process is clunky with emails and waiting for responses.

Airtasker worker stole money from my bedroom and went through my wives underwear draws. He did not know he was being recorded. Have reported to police along with cctv evidence

Great app to find work however always blocks me as a tasker. i receive emails stating i breach guidelines when i dont! also doesn't allow you to communicate with poster regarding possibility of quote changing if job is greater than explained. just frustrating that you cant negotiate without being blocked

Worst customer service ever! Doesn't respond to emails but happy to slug you with 22% fees Everytime! No wonder why you have an astonishing amount of negative reviews on trustpilot and here! Should be nominated for choices shonky business award of the year!

Why cant i review a tradesperson who didn't turn up. There's no option for leave a review unless the task has been completed. STUPID! People need to know if a tradesperson has no integrity and to not use them!

Easy to use even when not tech savvy in regards to use of computer. Have got a few jobs and money transferred to my account was fairly well executed. Will keep on using this app at this current juncture in time.

Phone app needs work to eliminate available jobs repeating themselves in the jobs list. They take a lot of money from you if you are assigned a job. Apart from this it's a good way to get work.

I seem to have been blocked or restricted. I didn't get an email of how long the restriction would take, a bidder asked us what our company names are, at theback of my mind i thought it was just to ensure we would produce a receipt. A few hours after that i received an emailed that comment had been deleted but i didn't know i would also be blocked. May i kindly be unblocked and promise bot to repeat it again, i am an international student im Australia and without airtasker i will be shipped back in a police van as i would not be able to pay school fees and rental
