The coffee always tastes great and is fast to make. Occasionally you have to press the top lever down quite firmly to pierce the capsule. Also sometimes a new capsule falls through into the discarded section without catching in the machine so you have to fish it out and go again, but it’s not too often. We keep it out of the way on top of the fridge which saves bench space.

great machine very good price makes a hot coffee when others for the same price just burn the coffee beans the capsules are very good priced so we enjoy our coffee every morning at a good price without having to leave home have bought the same machine for my son

Aldi refreshed the look on this and I like the new design so much that I finally bought one. Good decision in my options. This is addictively easy to use and the pod rage is good. Some other systems have so little coffee inside that the results are thin and bitter - not the case with teh aldi one. Good strong coffee and lots of flavour choices.

This is the second Aldi expression machine we have bought, as we were very happy with the first one, bought 3 years ago. It is an excellent price compared to other brands, and come with a one year warranty. On top of it, we know that if we dont like it, we can return it to Aldi for a refund, no questions asked. It takes all kinds of capsules (at a very reasonable cost) - from Aldi which come in a wide variety including hot chocolate. Perfect for the whole family. My only problem with this (and all other coffee machines) is the fact that they use capsules which are not good for the environment.

I have no problem at all with the machine itself it is the capsule that lets down the product and I am unable to choose just the pods to do a review on. The pods are not strong at all and whether you purchase a strength 10 or a 13 for the strongest possible, they seem to be similar and weak. We purchased the Expressi to take on holidays rather than lugging around our DeLonghi Perfecta Plus. So I am disappointed in the capsules

I reckon I must have tried just about event pod system from all the capsule coffees I have drunk. This Is the one I bought myself though because the actual coffee is strong and flavorful, not bitter or like jumped up instant coffee as some taste like. The machine is a good price too in my books - $80 from Aldi and they always have the pods in stock. I highly recommend the Expressi system. It is better in my books.

This makes lovely coffee - much better than I expected and I was also impressed with the full range available. I prefer Italian espresso style and my wife goes for smoother varieties. We usually keep a bit f arnage for guests etc. Machine has worked flawlessly and its clean and simple to use. Overall its a good system

I have drunk a lot of pod coffee in my time (comes with the job) and I can positively say that this is one of the better systems out there. None of the bitter tangy watery coffee you get with cheap office machines, this actually produces a lustrous and smooth brew. The pods are good value compared to others and its a very simple machine to use. Heats up fast too. Overall - a definite 'recommended" from me.

Love the colours and this coffee machine is a little gem looks good in my new kitchen also the pods are a good price make a nice hot coffee and if you team it up with the milk frothing jug makes a great cappuccino or latte or for the kids a lovely hot chocolate you can get heaps of different pods for this machine so from the mildest coffee to the strongest you won’t be disappointed

We love our Expressi machine. We bought this newer machine to match the modern style of our new house but also loved our older Expressi machine. Even family and friends who are "coffee snobs" are happy with what this machine produces. We just wish there was a more environmentally friendly way to have pod coffee.

Our son got this for us and its lovely, I would probably have never bought a pod machine but we are converts now. Its not quiate a sgood as a barista coffee but its a darn site better than instant and its real advantage is it is so quick and mess-free. There is avery big variety available down at Aldis, I haven't tried them all yet but I quick like the espresso blend. Easy to use and clean - I can definitely recommend this machine

This makes much better coffee than I expected from an Aldi machine! I have a sometimes like 'em sometimes don't relationship with pod coffees but this has changed my mind. We bought it because the model has been updated and I think improved too. It now puts out hot delicious coffee (not lukewarm) and is absolutely easy to operate - a kid could do it. It even looks pretty good - there are different colours (we have silver). Recommended machine. No flaws I know of!

I was not a fan of pod coffee at first due to too many average ones in auto waiting rooms but these Expressi machines are different. First up the pods themselves are much higher quality coffee than the cheapies - you can ever get a kit to do your own recyclable ones if you want to use your own beans. Next, the machine has the temperature just right to extract the best with the time the water is passing over them and still ends up a good temperature. I get great coffee every day from this and can heartily recommend it.

Thought I would upgrade to the newer version of the Aldi Expressi Coffee Machine. Have had zero faults with the model I purchased years ago. This model is slick with an updated design. Some functionality as previous model. I like that you can actually set the mls that come out for both the small and large cup pour buttons. Easy to clean and practically fail safe. If you want a delicious coffee then I’d recommend this product. I’ve done some research and some other brands of coffee pods do work. But I’ll let you research that for yourself. I get one ready in my keep cup before I head to work. Saves buying one from a store!

We bought this as it had a good price tag but was a huge mistake as we tried to use a different brand coffee cap and they won't fit sadly as we don't like the taste of the Aldi caps. The price is the only good thing about this coffe maker

Aldi espresso coffee capsule machine is well priced in comparison to Nespresso. The quality itself is great with 60 days money back satisfaction Guaranteed. The only concern for me was you have to buy a milk frother separately. Other than that very happy with the product as I can choose different varieties of coffee capsules at about 29c each.

I absolutely love the milk frother that comes with the machine. It retails for 30 dollars and is such a great value. I also own a Nespresso machine with the milk frother and the Aldi one is so much better. To begin with, it has a great capacity and works extremely well. I can do 3 mugs of coffee at a time using this milk frother and would struggle with one with the Nespresso frother due to its limited capacity.
