Disappointing
I ordered a product, waited 7 business days, heard nothing, no email, no phone call.
I rang Always on Sale, they said they would get back to me, didn't hear anything. Called again, customer service person was very helpful, however she told me that my order had not gone to the supplier, and they would need to reissue the order, and I would need to wait another 7 days.
Lack of communication was disappointing, a lesson that you should pay attention to comments and reviews from previous shoppers.

was done without my knowledge. Once again I contacted AOS - I skipped the customer servcie operator and asked to speak to a team leader. Once again, seemingly very helpful. He apoligises for the mess around, and offered a $50 voucher (which I declined because I will never use AOS again) I demanded to have my money refunded immediately, as I had cancelled my order. After some convincing this was agreed - I was assured it would be processed straight away. Fast forward two weeks, still no refund in my account. Rang and spoke to customer service operator, said they would look into it and get back to me. AGAIN - no call back. I called again the following day, and they explained my refund has been authorised but not processed. I have AGAIN, asked for a call back from the team leader to discuss this issue, as not good enough. Will be highly surprised if I get a call.

*min 7 working days needs to check for in stock or non stock items. In fact more than 7 days (never count it anymore)
*another min 7 working days to return your money due to terrible company performance.

Super fast delivery
I bought my sister a bottle of french champagne for her 30th birthday and then decided with the leftover money I would buy her some nice champagne glasses. I searched online and stumbled across this fella (Always On Sale) and they had no doubt the cheapest prices by far. I picked up Royal Doulton glasses for $40! Then after ordering them I got them 3 days later. Not sure where they are located but I live in Queensland. Will definitely keep these guys in mind for Xmas

I recently tried the Always on Sale website to purchase a book of movie tickets for my sister as a gift. I was so impressed with not only the saving and cheap delivery but also how prompt they were with delivering my gift. Saved me the hassle of leaving the house especially when a Hoyts was not convenient to where I live but a good cinema for my sister.
Would recommend using this website if anyone is looking to buy gifts or something special for themself!

Very Disappointing!
Bought a Nikon camera from their website, the item arrive after about 2 weeks. However, the item that arrived is not exactly what I ordered. I ordered an Orange colour Nikon camera, however, they sent me a Blue Nikon camera. I have order confirmation email from their website, saying Orange Nikon camera. Therefore, I rang the call centre, asked their why they sent me a wrong colour camera. They said it must be a system glitch. They told me the only way to fix the issue, is either send the item back and get a refund or send the item back and wait another 4 weeks for the correct one to arrive. I can't really accept both of the resolutions, as I need to use the camera very very soon on a overseas holiday.

Very Dissapointed...
I have ordered movie tickets a week before school holidays so I could take my children to the movies and 3 weeks later still no movie tickets I'm not happy at all.. If you want movie tickets order them 2 months ahead to have them when you want them.. not good service at all.....

Love love love this website!!
I bought a Dyson vacuum from this website about 6 months ago and it was just so pain free! The vacuum arrived at my door in a reasonable amount of time and was well packaged. I shopped around for months and I still haven't found a better price for the same model. Very happy and would use again!!

Professional and Good Customer Service
I ordered a sandwich press for a birthday present, however, it was on backorder and I was informed immediately. I then decided to cancel the order and order a different product in a kettle/toaster pack. As it was for a present, the staff managed to process the order quickly and I received the product within a week. I was very impressed with the people I dealt with as they notified me of a problem immediately and helped me still obtain a product and get it to me on time. Highly recommend!!!

Useless
Ordered a robot vacuum after a knee injury. First time, although the order was submitted, it was never processed and no email notification was sent so I wasn't aware of what was going on. Second attempt, took over a week for them to come back and say the product was no longer available. So, 3 weeks down the track and I'm no better off. Not impressed.
Poor ordering system whereby email notification is only sent for successful orders (no contact otherwise) AND poor method of updating available stock, where you can order and pay for an item that is not available.

Ordered a children's game as a gift. It came with a massive order sticker on the box and covering game instructions. Complained and returned it requesting 'no sticker' on the box. Got the replacement today. It has another sticker on it and the game is so damaged it looks second hand. It is getting returned yet again. It can't be that hard and given you pay so much for postage you expect it to be better packaged than wrapped in plastic. Never again will I purchase from the site.

Ordered on 29 August a father's day gift. It is now 13 Sept and I still have not received. Tried to email to cancel my order but all the email addresses I find bounce. I suggest that you consider not using this website for your purchase unless you are not in any particular hurry to get the item.

A shop that needs to be managed properly & products to be shipped on time or stated as OUT OF STOCK
brought a breville coffee machine on the 19/8, saying it was on the clearance shop it will only be 1 working day, but waited until the 7th day that i called them up and they said it will be going out within 12-24 hours.. yay but no...
Next day i called saying "whats happening with my order?" oh we dont have any in stock.. and wont be until September so i asked for a refund. I have checked my email to see if they have emailed stating that the order has been canceled but havnt and the site has not been changed.
Would like to get a email telling me that i have canceled my order and will be getting a refund.
Website needs to tell customers when products are not in stock.. and to get a call or email after 1 working day when things are late!

I placed an order for a birthday present on 3rd August. By 20th, I had heard nothing to suggest my order was late. So I called to follow up. The rep was very nice and told me he would call me back. Heard nothing. Called again on 23rd and was told it was dispatched on 22nd August! I let it be known that I had had to buy another present as this one hadn't arrived and was told that I had te option of returning it or refusing delivery. It isn't really the point is it? 7 day delivery this isn't... My advice is look elsewhere!
Poor delivery times, no follow up, reactive rather than proactive service.

I could probably walk to sydney and back in that time... They took no time to take my money. But im wondering if i will ever get my goods.

Cannot use voucher on some items!
I cash out my credit card reward points to get a $50 AlwaysOnSale voucher. Went to the website to find out that I can't use it to buy everything on their website as stated on my reward program website. Fair enough as AOS have the condition on their checkout.
They offer free $10 and $15 vouchers for new customer. Can't be use on most products.
Had a look at other items on their site (that are not movie tickets, theme park tickets, magazine subscriptions and phone cards), most of what I want cannot be pay for with my voucher. But you don't ...Read more
find that out until you put the voucher in. The kicker is that the voucher would mysteriously works if you add a second item in. The catch is that no matter the value of the second item, shipping cost would add at least another $10 to your purchase. Yep a $2 drink cooler cost $9.95 to ship. Shipping is charge per item. Movie Tickets Gold Class
Not much else to say about this really - can't comment on the quality of the product because they are moview tickets lol. I bought 2 gold class tickets from the for the cinema and the tickets arrived with a few days. I paid $10 less than I would have at the Gold Class counter, so I am happy. I can always use cheap movie tix.

Long shipping delay not stated up front
I ordered a $5-600 espresso maker from alwaysonsale.
My complaint about alwaysonsale is that they do not let you know that they do not ship your product for 7 business days until after you order.
I thought ok, it is a cover your butt statement and it will ship sooner, but no, on the 7th business day it was stil 'on order' so I canceled as I did not feel it would ever ship, especially after reading reviews here.

definitely not a scam
Made two separate purchases on the 13th Aug. One ended up being cancelled after item found not in stock.
Surprisingly (I say so due to the 82% negative reviews and a delay on refund that really got me worried) my belt sander arrived this morning the 17th Aug. All in perfect order and two days ahead of schedule.
Some delay on the refund still, but nothing that their customers service personnel, could not handle.
I wish to thank Lesley as I suspect he had something to do with the prompt delivery after I sent him an email.
Could they do better, I think so, but their honesty cannot be questioned and certainly this business is not a scam.
Their willingliness to overcome their shortcomings..

After reading some of the reviews I was quite worried that the food processor that I had ordered would be delayed but was very surprised to receive it after 6 working days, although when I checked how my order was going it still says "ordered" although I received it by parcel delivery today
Very happy with the way the processor was packed
