Way up the pros and cons
A little fiddly to set up and once I did get it out of the box ready to go I realised it was not suitable with a boori bassinet as the wires need to be fed through the base to a power source. My bassinet had 4 sides of mesh with no gaps as you would with a cot. My little one slept in his bassinet in our room until he was 4 months old so I found it of no use to me. And although it’s for peace of mind as a mother I was always consciously awake with my ear out checking on my baby constantly. I however feel of your baby is a tummy sleeper than it’s great idea.

Good
Great quality, easy to use and definitely worth it for the peace of mind that the product brings for a new baby in the house.
I bought this monitor with my first baby for peace of mind and it really did help once we brought the baby home. The monitor is easy to plug in and use and definitely worked everytime the baby moved off it. For peace of mind the product is worthwhile having.
Occasionally when the monitor was on for sound only and not movement you can pick up mobile phone conversations or other monitors in nearby houses which is a bit unnerving.
