I only have it for a month, so I don't know whether it will last for more than 14 months or not. Shall update this next year if the fan still run. Ha

Found this one in Bunnings, although the fan blade is small, it looks so cute and comparative low cost, so bought one for the bed room. It is easy to install, and works right away, good thing is that it comes with the LED light in warm colour, great for bed room, this save the cost of an attachment, as Bunnings sells light attachment for fans for $30+. The fan is a bit loud when running highest speed but otherwise everything is good so far.

Arlec quality is "just good enough" to survive through the 12-month warranty period and die on you. Even for standalone product this is not an environmentally-friendly way. But a fourteen-months operation for a ceiling fan? You must be joking!
