Office Staff were friendly and supportive. Installers were punctual, efficient, leaving the work area clean and tidy. Ensured we could operate and maintain Air Conditioners. Overall very happy with Aussie Airconditioning.

Really great customer service I’m very happy with the split system installed by the Aussie Airconditioning Team. I also had two other units cleaned and serviced at the same time with excellent results one unit was quite musty and now smells like new!!!

My 7.1 kw Panasonic Split System is powering away nicely and whisper quiet. The installation quote was higher than the current newspaper promotions but I reaped the rewards of a professional installation by fully qualified tradesmen and a workmanship warranty. We've just installed 2 units in our house and everything went smoothly. They were fast to give us a quote, which was cheaper than another company we asked and they were always happy to answer any questions. The installer Oliver and his colleague were great, fast and efficient!

My ducted air conditioning system broke down. Called Fallons out first who advised that the motor in the fan unit in the roof space had failed. They emailed me later to say that the part was no longer available and I would have to get a new system installed. Called Aussie Airconditioning. Their guy did not even get in the roof space to check the diagnosis. They gave me a quotation for $20,000 for a new system. Then got on to Chill Factor who checked the fault (open circuit on the motor). They sourced a new motor and installed it in under a week.

Had a big replacement job that needed doing. Service was fast, efficient and extremely polite. Cane back to do some paint touch-up even though obviously extremely busy. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have had an okay experience previously, a few issues onsite where a zone that was previously working prior to their arrival stopped working when they came out. Other than additional time spent onsite which I had to pay for they seemed competent. I just contacted them and received this back from [name removed]:

"This time of year we do not have time to do this I'm sorry, if you would like us to do it will need to be in Winter.
If we were to come out again it is charged at $145 call out and $85 an hour, this would need to be done as the quote is no longer valid."

I would not recommend them, don't waste your money. I will not be using them again.

Had a great experience from the get go with super easy website to see products and apply for a quote. Really helpful Office staff especially Sheridan. Install was done by some professsional down to earth installers and Panasonic aircons work amazingly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had 3 split systems installed by this company. We had just got a new house which was really hot. Needed it done quickly. I rang numerous companys and found Aussie Airconditioning the Best. The girl i spoke with in office was very helpful and prompt in quoting. They were also very booked however managed to squeeze me in. The prices were unbeatable. Install went smoothly and they did exactly as was discussed even cleaned up after they were finished. RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Brought a brand new Panasonic split air con system including installation from them and the air con stopped making cool air two month after it was installed. Contact the customer service many times, it wasn’t helpful and they refused to send the technician out to diagnose the problem. After a long time negotiation, they eventually replied that they were quite busy and not able to take a look at it in 3 month time, so I made an appointment, but nobody turned up on that day. Called them back again and again, no one picked up the phone! Couldn’t suffer the heat in the summer, end up with paying $150 for another company to fix it, it was a gas leak due to the poor installation.

We recently used Aussie Airconditioning to install ducted air in our home. The entire process from quote stage to installation was well managed and painless. The tradesmen were efficient, turned up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves
At the end of the installation they spent the time to show us how to use the My Air system . All of the Aussie staff were really helpful. So pleased I have my aircon in now before the hot summer days arrive
