Parcel Post

Domestic Parcel Post (Standard)

Parcel Post has become a regular knock at our door. They deliver on time with tracking & text updates so we know when to expect the delivery. The package always arrives in excellent condition, the staff are friendly and courteous, I can't recommend them enough for the quality of service they provide. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The service I can truly trust!

Domestic Express Post

I’ve always had great experience with Aust post, it’s quick, easy and prompt! Love their tracking as well and it never disappoints. I’ve been sending a lot of packages nationally and a few internationally too and even the rates are not too bad. Also very convenient to find the stores almost in every part of Melbourne. Definitely recommend ☺️

Australia Post Domestic Postage

This is the perfect option for those of us who travel regularly. We can hold mail for three month and collect it when we return. So convenient.

Works well mostly

Australia Post Domestic Postage

I have used the Australia Post Unaddressed mail service now for six months. The delivery side is just fine but the online set up program, Campaign Targeter, was very difficult to get set up. It is very user unfriendly. It was also very difficult to get any meaningful support, until I managed to connect with a particular supervisor who went out other way to help solve my problems. She made all the difference. Once I got it set up it was easy to replicate the delivery each month. Overall, value for money at 22c (then 24c) per delivery is good marketing value. I would use it again. Private mail delivery companies were pricey and did not do our area.

Excellent service from Australia Post in sending small and large packages domestically. Service delivery is always on time both as a sender and receiver. Parcel pickup locker

Domestic Parcel Post (Standard)

I ordered a much needed chainsaw part and requested express postage at online checkout. The item arrived at my address ontime but could not be left in a safe location because nobody was home. I received text to confirm i wanted to use locker then a code in another text message saying my item had be placed in the local aus post parcel locker. All i had to do was enter the code into touchscreen on locker and the locker unlocked! It was so easy to use and i highly reccomend uing the service, worked great. Thanks. Jack

A great initiative from Australia Post

Domestic Parcel Post (Standard)

I’ve been travelling the country for a number of years and the old issue of not having a fixed address is no longer a problem thanks to the multitude of ways we can receive parcels. Having an individual parcel ID which can be attached to any post office or locker location is fabulous. The ability to redirect if needed all adds to the convenience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Australia Post Parcel Collect system

The Light of my Day

Domestic Parcel Post (Standard)

I am a big on-line buyer and use the Australia Post Courier Service frequently. The service is fast, efficient, very safe and the couriers great to deal with.
As one doesn't just want anyone to approach the front door, these highly capable employees are respectful and make their visit clearly understood.
The parcels are, for the most part, undamaged & unharmed.
I would recommend Australia Post Courier Service to anyone looking for a very efficient method of postage.

What is going on with Australia Post?

Domestic Parcel Post (Standard)

I'd love to drag that new CEO of auspost down off that pedestal they've put themselves on so I can tell him how disorganised auspost is.. I wish I could show the tracking for all my items.. when they arrive in Brisbane they are usually sent to Rockhampton and then out to me in Alpha.. but this parcel I'm waiting on has arrived in Rockhampton but sent to Mackay so WTH??? It would've arrived today but now who knows when it will arrive coming from Mackay.. other parcels have been sent to wherever but eventually I do receive the parcel.. the only time I don't have a problem is if I pay for express post.. it's rediculas!!

Missing parcel

Domestic Parcel Post (Standard)

Do not send your parcel with Australia post,
They offer $100 to compensate for your missed parcel but they basically never pay, they would ask you to provide lots of documentation and every time they come back with another excuse until you give up.

Will the real Australia Post Stand up.

eParcel

Lately it takes longer for a parcel to reach us from Brisbane, 1 hr from us, than it takes to get from the manufacturer to Brisbane by international freight. Far too many times the parcel on arrival at Brisbane is forwarded to a sorting centre interstate before coming back to Brisbane for delivery on the Sunshine Coast. Other days they excel which has you giving plaudits to AP for excellent service and delivery.

4-5 times now Driver doesn't deliver to house

Domestic Courier Post

4-5 times I get an email saying driver has taken parcel to post office. “No attendance” I am disabled and work from home all day. Drivers doesn't come so he can save fuel and goes straight to the post office owner of the post office when I told him said he has had many of the same complaints. Stop hiring these Uber part time drivers and hire some proper people!

Greedy, Greedy, Greedy

Domestic Parcel Post (Standard)

The prices keep going up and up. To send a tiny parcel weighing 200 grams, 7cm by 7cm by 2cm cost $10.60. 2 years ago it was $6.25. You lost my custom. I sell on ebay and am revising every listing to read SENDLE.

Waste of time and resources

eParcel

My package has gone from the Australia Post depot closest to my house, to the other side of Sydney for the second time. The system has something wrong with it. I could have received it 4 days ago if it was delivered from the depot near my house!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS ORGANISATION

Australia Post

Hopeless company

eParcel

First Australia Post didn’t leave my parcel at my property as requested as they state no safe location despite the fact that the parcel in question would fit in my letter box. Then they state I can be collected after 4pm on Friday the 17th of November. When I go to collect it on Monday the 20th of November at 2pm the parcel is still not there. Australia post refuse to redelivered the parcel to my property despite the fact that I have already been to the post office to collect it as per their instruction. I now doesn’t have another opportunity in which I can get to the post office before the time is up that they charge you to keep it there or send it back.

Staff Robots and poor customer service

Australia Post Offices

No body wants to help you,
Can’t get you out of the door fast enough when you genuinely have questions. Don’t want to help, non humans and cannot think outside of the robot four walls they are in.
Wanting to collect a parcel that failed to deliver properly, one would think I was picking up a Nobel price or precious metal or weapons. It’s a joke.
Nothing works.
Its rather sad and dam right appalling.
