whats going on???
its been 12 days and no updates to my package (still in Perth since the 25th of may according to the tracking information) and it was suppose to be here between the 2nd and 5th of June and i highly doubt it will be delivered here to night (10:20pm) or over the weekend.

I can't believe they're still getting away with "Attempted delivery - Unable to gain access"!
I submitted a review 4 months about the same AusPost problem. After the second recurrence of the problem in 2 weeks I feel compelled to write another one! AusPost employs/contracts people who can't be bothered to do their job - they seem to have discovered a loophole whereby they don't have to deliver your parcel they just say "Attempted delivery - Unable to gain access" & hey presto, they don't have to bother getting out of their van! usebound most of the time & especially with a pandemic going on & pay to have things delivered to me, at my home. How many service companies keep taking money to deliver a service & then don't fulfil their part of the contract? Yet, AusPost keeps getting away with it - hundreds of times a day it seems, if all the negative reviews on this site & others are to be believed! I live in a security building that is guarded & video monitored 24hrs a day - to say "unable to gain entry" is complete crap & this the week after AusPost had investigated my last occurence of the exact same problem & promised me it wouldn't happen again! When is AusPost going to be held to account? Update 09/06/20. Two more parcels with the exact same problem today. AusPost, are you listening? Why can I not get my purchases delivered to me anymore? When are you going to address this massive issue you have of having lazy/overworked drivers or contractors? They're ripping you off & ripping off your customers by never even attempting delivery.

customer service no response bad tracking keep your item more than 32 days still not even left country 17 days late nobody can tell me where my delivery is worst parcel company ever felt with

NEVER EVER USE AUSTRALIA POST AGAIN, What an embarrassment !
If only i could give 0 stars, i will never ever use Auspost to send anything or visit their store to purchase anything, i hope they go broke ! 3 MONTHS for a parcel and it still has not left the country even when i've paid EXPRESS ! I've had to involve the ombudsman ! WHAT A JOKE !

Absolutely hopeless
Sent parcel express to NZ, Took almost a month to get there. Absolutely pathetic Australia Post just tried to fob me off saying we are doing all we can! Lame company who would be out of business if they weren’t propped up. Damn post seems more appropriate.

Fast delivery even under pressurw
Even during the pandemic australia post have been providing a great service, delivering at a timely manner even though every man amd his dog at the moment habe been ordering online.

Slow delivery times due to COVID but good customer service.
I am aware that delivery times are delayed due to coronavirus and the Australia post is transparent about that. The customer service has been good, especially here on product review with customer service representatives responding promptly to individual inquiries

On Time delivery & effective tracking system
In this unprecedent situation of COVID-19, I have received all my 4 Online shopping delivery from various portal thru Australia Post always on time, contactless with effective tracking mechanism in placed. Even received status of my delivery thru sms or email time to time. Really appreciated the effort and delivery mechanism established in AusPost. Thank you for your remarkable job.

Excellent service and great staff
Australia post service for sending money to overseas also very helpful and low fees and easy way to connect with your loved one from far away.if you want to take passport pictures also the service available

Disappearance
My express post "disappeared". I was sent another item from the supplier but it took several weeks, however I am extremely unhappy that my item vanished from a small regional Post Outlet after it arrived. I am guessing that it was stolen.

This the worst run business on the planet
Express(lol) post Sydney to Perth(standard package) today is day 16 still not delivered. Ive had packages from Germany arrive in 2days to Perth...then 11 days to my house. Why oh why do we have to put up with this pathetic excuse of a company?????

Just the absolute worst
Slow pickups, slow deliveries, bad tracking, negligent packing handling and the rest.
Want to wait 4 days to have something delivered less than 5km? Don't you worry, Auspost has got your back!

Avoid if you can
Do not use if you can find an alternative unless you are happy to pick up at your local post office than delivered to your door. I’m already on the third follow up with a third different answer for a product that I was given notice of attempted delivery that was never attempted to begin with. They will ask you to pick it up your local post office again. Then austpost will not make it easy for you to speak to someone when you chase it up. There should be minimum problem if austpost just do the bare minimum of what the customer expects.

WORST OF THE WORST
Late delivery, lack of information, customer service ridiculous. No one knows where my parcel was. talked to customer service she said she will escalate the issue and call back but nothing.

Disappointed
My itemns were delivered to my neighbours the amount of embaressment im suffering right now is beyond disbelief The postman needs to ask for photo id before handing over itemns were they dont belong to

Item never arrived.
Item posted May 1. Contacted Australia post on May 30 with tracking number.
Was advised that "it is a fairly safe bet that we may be looking at a parcel that might be lost, not just late" and "suggest that you contact the seller and ask them to help in re-shipping the item or refunding your order".

place the product and do a recall on the original parcel, as well as open an enquiry through their business channel to follow up on accountability. Totally unreliable even before Covid19
Year ago I posted 2small packets to address in Auckland. Both were late and arrived a week apart. Sent another in 2020 and 2 weeks out, it hasn't left Brisbane!

Below standard service
Australia Post has been on a decline for years, twice have had parcels clearly stating 'do not bend' crammed into a letterbox & destroyed. Complained & now cannot get anything delivered at all.
Get messages saying attempt made to deliver when I was at home all day & there wasn't any sight of a delivery service or pay for items to be delivered only to be told I have an item waiting at the post office.
If I can find a way to use any other service I will, otherwise I won't buy.

Terrible service
Ordered cat food and litter on line from Sydney, arrived in Melbourne and sat there for several days. Finally received notification of date it would be delivered, BUT driver made zero attempt to deliver- I live in a multi storied block of units, I was at home all day waiting. Only by checking my app did I discover that my delivery was at a centre in another suburb to be collected. As I do not have a car, I had to request help to collect and it was extremely heavy for me (68 yo woman) to load into the car. Because of this, I will not use this supplier ever again!

Now, where possible I have deliveries to Albert Park PO, but as this was such a large and heavy delivery, I would not been able to carry it home AND as Albert Park PO is small, I thought it unfair to have it delivered there. There is a major problem with the drivers delivering in this area- I had nominated Albert Park PO, for another delivery but the driver attempted to deliver there on a Saturday & as they were closed, it was also delivered to Port Melbourne. I can assure you that in both these cases I was home waiting for the delivery, but they made zero attempt to use the security system to buzz me. It appears that they take one look at the building and keep going without any thought that to get to Port Melbourne is not easy for the recipient. Thank you for your offer to help, but this occurred in April, so I no longer have the tracking number- that incidentally was different to the one quoted by the supplier.
