On the 8th of April 2020, I hired a trailer from the Gold Coast on a one way hire basis and dropped it off at Laidley at both locations the staff were friendly and very helpful.
The tap screen computer console was simple and easy to use even for an old bloke like myself.
The staff at the Laidley servo were awesome, they also agreed with me in complimenting Uhaul on their customer service and computer system saying that they always awesome to deal with and nothing was ever any problem.
This is the 4th one way trailer hire I have done with Uhaul (GC to Katherine, Darwin to GC, GC to Perth and this one GC to Laidley) and I will most definitely be using then again in the future.

I booked a trailer rental over the phone. The employee was very helpful in narrowing exactly where to hire from and what product would suit my needs. Highly recommended, would definitely use U-Haul again!

I have used servo trailers in the past and most have been old and cruddy. Used U-haul this time and the process was super easy and hassle free. The trailer was in pretty good nick and did the job no problems.
Would definitely use these guys again.

So we rented a trailer with the porpoise of moving state and of course we've chosen a furniture enclosed trailer that wouldn'tet water in.
Fact if it does, our matress, paintings even rigid cases were completely wet.
Uhaul answer? The trailer is water resistant and not waterproof. This is just deceiving and unfair, we have clothing, furtinure, electronic appliances, our matress, everything ruined and instead of a fresh start, thanks to U-HAUL we are going to have a nightmare start.
If you can please do not use this company, choose another one, when we delivered the trailer we were told we were not the first ones so..

Customer service was terrible at both the kiosk location and over the phone. BP have no idea how to use the kiosk. It's super hard to hire from this company.

Was given a trailer with a broken door hinge AND a broke wheel bearing. 10km down the road wheel was buckling and smoking. RACQ inspected and said to be that bad had to have been driven like that for a few hundred km. Was left on the side of the road for 2 hours for a tow truck. Then given a replacement trailer BUT u haul refused to help me move all.my furniture from one trailer to the next. To put this In context I am a disabled war veteran.

Unsafe, awful service..just don't.

I hired a U-Haul 8x5 trailer from the local servo for 2 days. The condition of the trailer was excellent, for some reason the booking didn't come up on the kiosk, I called U-Haul directly and the issue was resolved immediately by the customer service support team. Great work and a big thanks to U-Haul, I got the job done that I needed the trailer for.

I had to hire a trailer today to moved some stock around my shops in my local area, it took me two minutes to book on line, i arrived at my Local Caltex to pick up the trailer, again 2 minutes at the Kiosk typing in a few details, went to counter the Lovely girls gave me a trailer plug and Shackle checked off my paperwork and came with me to the trailer to unlock it for me...
Couldn't get any easier...Thanks UHAUL!!!

Picked up trailer from Emerald, staff most helpful, all our details were saved when we made the booking so kiosk log on was easy. Trailer good to tow on the road, dropped the trailer back at Sunshine Coast at Warana head office, Greg & his team most welcoming. I would recommend & use U Haul every time.

No flexibility and rates are rich. The time starts at kiosk and by the time you wait in line to give receipt to servo attendant, get the key from him to unlock trailer, hook up trailer, wait for him to give you coupling and power line, take key back - you're already 1/2 hr into the hire. $86 just to get some greens to the tip! Next day i borrowed a trailer from the guy down the road for a six pack.

What a joke! Left the site with the trailer and realised the tyre had a puncture. Was Told it's my responsibility and they weren't even willing to offer a discount.

Booked and paid for car trailer on Thursday
Went to pick it up Friday morning, inspected the trailer and found breaks did not work.
Called to inform them was told no other trailers available in the area. One available 140km away but i would have return it to the pickup point. REFUND? Maybe 3 days. didn't want to 140km to find out the other trailer was a junk aswell.
only found out at attempted pickup payload limit of 1200kg, how many cars on the road under 1200kg

Used a Uhaul trailer for multi-day hire - the trailer was in excellent condition. Also dealt with the company directly relating to a personal situation and they were brilliant, caring and incredibly helpful ... showed real leadership.

Yesterday I hired a U Haul car trailer to pick up a car in the country. The trailer towed really well empty & loaded up on the way back with an EJ Holden it was trouble free. No swaying or strange noises, I nearly forgot it was there. It was easy to book online & return, I'll use you guys again.
