Yes 'good' value - Bad service

published

Yes they appear good value for money, but...
I have a warranty claim that they agree is legit, however, they want to give me a frame (without forks) that doesn't match my bike, so basically useless. Plus they want me to pay $200 to ship the frame. When I question them (only via email as there is no phone number) they ignore me...

Good bike - some design flaws in frame folllowed up with extremely poor customer service

published

Purchased a 2013 Azzurri Forza Elite. Arrived promptly. Nice bike and good value on sale. Rides well. Could use a wheel upgrade. Unfortunately the frame developed severe movement in RHS seat stay knuckle joint which will eventually fail. Warranty took 5 months to resolve. Finally received 2016 frame which appears to have removed the design flaw.

Best value Bike out there

published

I decided to buy 2 bikes. 1 for my wife and 1 for me. My wife was hassling me about spending too much money as we are new to buying good bikes.
I did my research and decided to buy 2 Azzurri Bikes.
I got the Forza RL and the Elite for my wife as she was concern about the cost.
I kept telling her, the price is really cheap for what you get.
Anyway, I love mine. It is just super light and stiff. My wife is happy with hers but now can see the value of the RL.
The 105s ride good but not like the SRAM red. The SRAM is just a class of its own.
Highly recommended.

Awesome Azzurri Forza Elite

published

Had my Azzurri Forza Elite for nearly 2 years now and still can't fault it. It's more precious to me than my SV650 (motorcycle) which costs 6 times as much. The bike is solid, light, reliable and feels great to ride. Shimano 105 is fantastic and I still can't find a full carbon bike of this quality with 105 anywhere else. If you want a full carbon performance road bike for around $1,500 this is your best option.
Cheap but still runnig perfectaly after nearly 2 years
nothing really

The Red Rocket

published

I am a younge triathlete, and I recently bought the Azzurri Forza RL. This bike has a full carbon frame and full sram red gearing, which makes it extemely light. It looks very fast! and it is exactly what I needed to improve my performance in my races. Since I bought this bike I have achieved the fastest bike split in Wollongong N.S.W pro tour 1st in N.S.W All Schools Triathlon and 2nd in the National All Schools Triathlon.
This is an awsome bike, I love riding it and i would highly recomend it to anyone that wants to lift ther game to the next level.

Lovely bike and rides like a dream!

published

I am finally on the road on my new RL. Everything is straight and adjusted and it rides like a dream! It feels so light I hardly need to pedal (even uphill). Can't wait for the weekend to get back on it!
Great quality bike
