Love it!
I’ve tried many bottles for my son, including trying to get him to take water out of his formula bottle but he wouldn’t so I just thought he hated water. As soon as I have him his bbox he wouldn’t put it down and had a big long drink. The only problem is the straw, I tired it first just to see and I couldn’t get any out so I had to put a knife through the hole to open it up a bit, not sure if I was suppose to do that? But it works

Not working and dissapointed
My daughter is now 6 months old so I was looking forward to seeing how she would drink from the bbox straw sippy cup I purchased for her, to my surprise she couldn't suck anything up, so I tried and I couldn't sip anything up either. I have sat here for the past 20mins trying to figure out if this is adult proof but can not find the cause of it, other than it being faulty. I have emailed so I hope i get a helpful response

Straw breaks very easily while cleaning, flawed design
I’ve had the b box sippy with straw cup for about 1.5 years and have to purchase two replacement cups and three replacement straws. I think this is pretty excessive, given the cups are not cheap at $12… contacted customer service who didn’t care.

Works fine but mould and smell is an issue
My son loves his bbox but I'm hesitant to keep using as the straw gets mouldy very quickly and there is a mouldy smell that doesn't go away no matter how much soaking, washing or cleaning I do. I rinsed it and put fresh water in it whilst I was away and when I got home the next day there was black mould in the straw about half way down. I've washed with detergent and then sat all parts in boiling hot water for 5 minutes and then had them running in the dishwasher but the smell doesn't go away. Worried about my little ones health and will now be swapping to a stainless steel bottle. Loved it for ages but my better judgement is telling me not to use it anymore.

Water doesnt come thru the straw after few uses
I had purchased a Winnie the pooh Straw cup a couple of weeks ago, used only by my toddler for 5x as we only use it when we go out. However I’ve noticed it that she can no longer sip water from the straw, i’ve tried it myself thinking that she doesnt sip strong enough, but to my surprise i can also not sip water from the straw?!.such a shame if we can no longer use it, we love using it the first time as she was learning to drink water from it, i like it that it is spill proof but unfortunately didnt last long enough..I’ve read some reviews that they seem to have similar problems with us.

Took some getting used to but now the only cup my 1yo will use
It took him a while to work out the valve in the straw - but once he got it - my son wont use anything else. Valve makes the straw leak proof. Maybe instructions could be clearer.

Just took my sippy cup out of the box and can't get water to flow through, so mad what a waste of money.
Straw won't suck up water and it is brand new out of the box, tried sucking it up my self and Even I can't get the water up the straw, don't waste your time on this product.

Mould in straw impossible to avoid
We bought a number of these as my son took 2 to daycare and we liked to have one for home and a few spares.
Even with regular cleaning of the straw with the pipe cleaner sold by bbox the straws are mouldy within weeks. It’s nearly impossible to see the mould where it grows - there is some kind of lip/ridge inside the straw which makes it impossible to get the mould out. We’ve purchased multiple replacement straws as they’re not possible to clean properly - I’ve since stopped using all the bottles as it’s not worth the cost in replacement straws.

2nd sippy cup where straw doesn't allow water to flow through
Returned sippy cup to store where I purchased it from for replacement as the straw to the sippy cup wasn't allowing 'much' water through. Grandchild was becoming very frustrated. However, the replacement sippy cup allows 'no' water through. There appears to a bit of a design fault with this product.

Lack of instructions
It's clear that the problem with this bottle is that no one knows how to use the straw straight away. After having a little look, the straw is blocked at the top with just a little slither in the middle. When you squish this part of the straw, the slither opens and liquid can come through. So basically your kid is supposed to kind of chew and suck at the same time. This isn't explained at all on the packaging and I spent a good while sucking on the straw wondering what on earth was wrong with it. It also isn't really what I want my kid to be doing with a straw, I want her to learn how to sip like you do on a normal straw. I do really like the bottle though so it would be good if they made a straw with a normal opening.

GAME CHANGER!
Amazing product! I used so many other different brand cups and this one has taken the lead. My toddler can have it in his cot with him and it doesn’t spill and it also encourages him to drink more water, so win win for me! Thanks again for an awesome product. Very happy mum!

Good if it works
I have one of these sippy cups and works great. I bought a second and no water will come through straw. I have tried changing the straw with a spare and still the same issue. Very annoying.

Too hard
This cup is hard to drink from so I put a sharp knife into the straw to open up the top a bit, that worked. It is also very hard to put the straw back on after cleaning . Would not recommend

Questions & Answers
Hi! Just bought a new bottle from the chemist and the straw is extremely hard to drink from. We have used these bottles previously and my son has loved them but now cries every time I give him the new on. The new straw design is not as good as the old one. I have exchanged the bottle I purchased with a new one at the chemist bc I thought it was faulty. Only to find the second new bottle is just as hard to drink from. Any way of sending an old design straw to replace with the new bottle?

Can i use this cup for milk as well or just for water?
Thanks
It’s up to you, doesn’t hurt to try? I have tried putting milk in this cup but my son prefers to use this as his water bottle rather than milk bottle.
