When a problem arose with the operation of our garage door I rang for assistance. The technician who arrived the following day was thorough, pleasant and competent. The opening mechanism was in need or replacement and a new one was fitted promptly with minimum inconvenience to us.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I have had my garage doors in for a little while now and i have to disconnect the power to my front garage door as it goes up by its self. I would come home at night to my shock horror the garage door wide open for everyone to see or help them selves. I have called and e-mailed. they sent the installers out to have a look however they couldn't do anything because it is clearly electrical. The installers wrote an e-mail to inform b&d it was electricall and that was atleast 2 or 3 weeks ago and still i have heard nothing.....

Was good, now with new app, is bad.
I've got a couple of B&D garage doors. Overall I was happy with them. I liked that fact that I could open them with Siri on my phone. It worked well. Only slight annoyance was that there wasn't an Apple Watch app, which would have been great. Then, a few weeks ago they released a new app, which is terrible (just look at the reviews on the Apple app store!). They really should just go back to the original app (or at least give customers the option to) until they have sorted out all the issues with the new app. I contacted their customer service and was told that issues (such as not being able to use Siri anymore) would be sorted with an updated release in the next couple of weeks, that hasn't happened. Come on B&D please sort this out!

Extremely annoyed & very disappointed
Still waiting for a quote from B & D doors, 20 days later. We had Adem on site to measure up for a new garage door on Friday 29 July 2022. 3 phone calls to Adem, with no response. Phoned 136263 on 12 August 2022 and was given an apology and a case number, and someone would contact us. STILL no quote or any contact received up to today & that’s why I am writing this. Phoned 1300 769 850, B&D customer support, spoke to 3 different people of which I was advised this matter would be escalated to the area manager. I really don’t know how this company works & I don’t recommend this company. This is just not good enough & we will find another garage door company.

Poor quality garage door. Worse customer service
In a new build a B&D roller door was installed. I had delamination problems within a couple of years. I registered a fault and someone came out and assessed. Told me someone would be in touch to help. Time went by and it was six months before i got around to following up. Interestingly by now, B&D no longer are a supplier to the builder i use. Well someone new replied and gave me a list of reasons why they wouldnt fix the door. All of which are garbage because my neighbours have very similar doors with no issues. Update, after drafting this review someone from B&D actually reached out it seems largely to stall me publishing this review. As soon as i agreed, they have gone completely quiet again. So my comments above look spot on. Summary IMHO - very poor customer relations. you are unlikely to get any meaningful assistance and they will look to blame others rather than take responsibility themselves- Product Quality

Worst Customer Service Experience I have ever encountered
I had 3 garage doors installed by B&D Doors and Openers, with one of the 3 doors having an issue Requiring Replacement.
The quote also included the removal from site of the 3 old doors, however after 3 weeks and many phone calls the door still have not been removed.
The installers also became bogged on our front lawn, tearing up my newly laid turf and leaving it in an absolute mess.

Rudest sales guy ever!
Despite calling and being spoken down to, by the rudest misogynistic guy I have ever spoken to (twice), he never actually bothered to send through a quote like he promised, but said it's like 10k and will take 3 months to make it after my wall was built. Would not accept I wanted to order the door now and take responsibility for the measurements. Actual worst company I have dealt with ever. Avoid. Got the job done and door from someone else who was happy to supply and deliver on my terms and was polite and respectful to female customers.

If you like spending money on stuff that doesn't work, l highly recommend B&D roller doors.
I have a safety beam and lock added for an extra $1500, l am constantly getting out of my car to shut the door manully as the app reads beam blocked, nothing there but air.
I have had 3 or 4 service people out(l have actually lost count it could be more)
Since it being installed 2 yesrs ago.
Next service call l going to ask to have these extra features removed as they don't work.
Just crap.

Hi, I have a B nD panel lift door . regulaly it does not operate, I need to turn of power point and turn back on after about 2 minutes it will operate again! this problem returns every other day .

The openers are a set of pink and green, and a pair of green ones also and a large one secured in the house .
