Terrible fit, awful service at best
Ordered the Newborn Easy Dry nappies whilst pregnant to have in time for bubs arrival and then when he finally came tried to use the nappy but could not get a good fit at all. Have tried contacting the company and after one initial reply there has been silence since and no support whatsoever. Customer service is pretty lacking. The nappies themselves seemed great upon initial purchase; good material and well made. Washed well when completing the pre-washes that the user instructions suggested and dried nicely and quickly. However when putting o...
Read moren bub there are so many issues with the fit. Either the nappy is too loose meaning that there are leaks (might as well not be wearing a nappy) or the nappy is too tight with the elastics digging into bubs skin. Marks are left on the skin for hours after removing the nappy so this is not just a simple indentation (images and videos can be provided for reference). I would not buy these nappies or any other from the company simply due to the lack of service and support (I also had issues with placing the order in the first place that took a lot to overcome) but if you are considering buying definitely wait until your bub is born and try the fit first. I now have 24 completely useless nappies to figure out what to do with and have to start my search all over again for cloth nappies all whilst wasting money on disposables that I wanted to avoid using in the first place.Purchased in at Bambooty for $535.

Great leak protection and great for nappy rash
After my daughter was getting severe nappy rash from using huggies my friend suggested that I try cloth nappies. So I had a look around at a PBC expo. While I was there I bought a bundle of nursing pads from bambooty and three onesize options and some nappies from a couple other brands. After a few days of bambooty's nappies (no cream etc) my daughter's nappy rash was 98% gone! I absolutely loved them as they were the only ones which had leak guards, so I went online and bought a full time onesize options pack, swimming bundle and three more wetbags which my older kids love using for wet swimmers. The prints on the nappies were gorgeous and they are lasting very well as I am now using the on my second child.

Love them
I have used bambooty osfm nappies since my son was 6 weeks & he is now 15 months. I am really happy with them! My partner has some difficulty print them on (particularly with a wriggling baby) but I'd assume most MCN's are the same(have only used these though) I did have to tweak the wash routine due to stains (cloth nappies down under Facebook page is great for this) they are still in great condition now the stains are under control.
My little one has skinny legs but I rarely get leaks (only overnight as I haven't tried to use them overnight much so haven't worked out the layers needed for a big feeder/heavy wetter at night) I'd recommend these to others.

Thank you Bec for the review.
For night times, a night insert is best added into the nappy, either replacing the small snap in booster or as well as. For stubborn stains with an eco friendly cleaning...

Not durable, fall apart, don’t last long
My review is based on using 35 Bambooty Easy One Size nappies, full time, on my baby from newborn to 11 months, using their recommended washing powder (Ecostore), dry pailing and washing them every 2nd day.
First the good points. My baby has never had nappy rash. The PUL outer does not come apart or peel off. They are saving disposable nappies going to landfill.
Now the negatives. They are tricky to put on in the first few months and everyone will question why you are persisting. The bulkiness means you need to purchase cloth nappy clo...
Read morethes – going up a size in clothes does not help. The nappies are made in China, which should have been a red flag. Of my 35 nappies, 25 are severely worn and damaged after 11 months of use that they’re no longer able to be used. I was told they’d last multiple babies. What a joke. I have contacted Bambooty at least 8 times with my concerns only to have them ignored. Their customer service is non-existent. You MAY get a response if you follow up your follow up email about your original email. The damage seems to be from friction of the absorbent pads rubbing up against the nappy shell. It thins out, then holes start to appear, which turns into rips and gaping fabric. The top absorbency flap that goes against the baby is also not durable. Friction again causes the fibers in the flap to bunch up and create uncomfortable visible ridges in the nappy. I have spent well over $1,000 on a birth to potty nappy system that I struggled to make last 11 months. I will NEVER buy a Bambooty product again. Before you spend big dollars on modern cloth nappies, I urge you to read as many independent reviews as you can, and only pay attention to those that have used the nappies for more than 10 months. This is when the issues, or lack of issues, are evident. This is the information you need before purchasing, not about how lovely and soft they are to a soon-to-be-mother waiting for her baby to arrive.Very sorry to hear this Mimi. I do not recall hearing from you, which may explain why we haven't been responding. Again I'm sorry about that.

Read morefter use and they have all lasted many children without any holes in them. I'm not sure what the difference is and I would like to try and help you. Perhaps you will have more children who could benefit from this. Assuming you are no longer needing them now.Apologies for the bluntness, but emailing you is pointless. I did this 8+ times when the nappies were deteriorating and was ignored. Very disappointing because I spent well over $1,000 with you.

Confusing
I have about 4 different brands of ‘one size’ in my stash and these are, by far, the most confusing to use. For my 2nd bub I had to re-look up instructions to be able to put it on. The other brands are so much more intuitive. Glad I only bought one.
Sorry to hear this Cat.

Not easy at all !
We bought this ones in the expo thinking they would be so easy to use and we were so wrong. We just start using this nappies on my 1 month old daughter and its so difficult to fit it into the smallest size. It's so hard to fold it, close it and snap it while the babie moves and kicks. We spend like 10 -15min everytime triying to figure out how to close it. Its just so hard, i totally regret buying them, and so expensive, just drives me crazy especially at night not been able to use it with my little one. Do not buy if want to use it from newborn.
Bam! Bootiful
I have recently purchased 15 OSFM and 6 medium Bambooty nappies to complete my collection of cloth nappies for my 6 months old baby girl.
This was a decision based on my trial purchase of 3 Bambooty OSFM, 6 Designerbums, 6 Issy Bear nappies and 6 Pikapu nappies.
Overall I like Bambooty the most with Pikapu a close second.
Bambooty have the cutest prints (kids at daycare are jealous!) and are easy to use, wash and dry (due to two flaps hanging out of the nappy while drying and another separate insert that snaps in with studs).
Pikapu is ...

I really wanted to like this nappy....
I have just started MCN's and bought several different brands to trial. Bambooty had by far the cutest designs and they were prompt in their delivery. The sewn in boosters are convenient and easy to use and they look great off. But then I put them on. The medium fit I didn't like as you have to fold the top of the nappy down which takes away from the cuteness as you have a white strip and just ended up looking sloppy. I tried the large setting but the leg gape on my 12 month old twins is very noticeable, even though one twin is a good kilo heav...
Read moreier and 5 cm taller than the other. They looked quite bulky on also. I found these the most confusing nappy to put on and my husband was so confused he gave up and reached for a different brand. When you have rolling/crawling/wriggling babies you need something quick and simple to put on which these weren't. I contacted someone at Bambooty about my troubles with the medium setting and I recieved a prompt reply, I was told me my boys should be in large but even though I followed all her instructions there was still leg gape. I found the medium instructions confusing. Bambooty need video instructions to show how to do the nappy up properly. I fail to see how these nappies could ever fit a 4kg baby when they are swimming on my 8kg and 9kg 12 month old twins. I will be selling these on ebay and getting some Itti Bitti Tutto's instead as they are a much better fit for my boys and the front button down sizing style is much easier to figure out. They might work well if you have a bub with very chubby legs. Cutest designs out there, good quality materials, sewn in boosters easy to use/dry, extra booster included, fast delivery, good customer service.. Bulky, poor fit around legs (gaping), too big even though meant to be OSFM, medium setting confusing/less cute, expensive- 10 reviews

Best reusable nappy I have tried
I have tried several brands of reusable nappy and these are definitely the best. No leaks, easy to use, and although expensive up front they save money in the long run. They are incredibly soft and the inner layer draws moisture away from baby keeping them dry. Quick and easy to wash.
easy to use, eco friendly, cute patterns, very absorbent inner layer to keep baby dry
expensive to start off with, the design of the snaps with the upper flap hanging out (which leads to leaks) for smaller bubs could be better

Really disappointed
These nappies often leak.
They are quite bulky.
They are fiddly to put on - my husband certainly cannot work them out, particularly in the smaller sizes!
They are expensive.
The customer service provided by Bambooty has been exceptionally poor - I think everyone needs to know to expect this prior to purchasing Bambooty products.
The designs are cute.
Cute designs
Very poor customer service. Leaks, bulky, fiddly, expensive.
Hi Amelyn,
This is Bambooty here, just wondering when you have tried to contact us for help with your nappies? We are surprised to hear this as most people comment to us on good customer service. ...
Read more We are still happy to help you out if you would like some help. For your problems with the products, our sized nappies are much easier to use and often preferred by husbands, particularly for the early months. They are more expensive as you need to buy multiple sizes so unfortunately the fiddliness of the teeny months are the downside of saving money with the One Size Nappy. Most people find that after a couple of months the One Size nappy is easy to use (Often even earlier as you are changing so frequently at this stage, you get a lot of practise) some even prefer the One Size nappy to the sized nappy from as little as 5 months old! then carry on to use the same nappy until potty training, even if the nights take a little longer than planned to train. Again we are still very happy to try and help you out with anything we can. Warm regards, AmeliaOne of my favs
I have used the sized easy dry bambooty nappies before in the past for my second daughter. When I was pregnant with my 3rd child I bought one of these Bambooty Easy One Size nappies as well as some more easy dry sized nappies. The Bambooty Easy One size nappy has since become one of my favourites. I always use it with the snap in booster as I don't find it lasts long enough and leaks if I don't. It is one of my out and about nappies as it is not bulky, I do have bulky nappies for home use that last longer, however, the bulkiness means that ...
Read morethey are not as suitable for out and about. This nappy is a happy compromise. I love the snap in booster, the fact that you can take it out helps with drying time. Like all bamboo nappies they do have a longish drying time, but this is reduced by its excellent flap and snap out design of the extra booster. The booster design isn't too complicated as some nappies are, which I feel you need a degree for :). The one things I will say that I I found tricky was the newborn setting, but as I was only going part-time (due to not wanting to put myself under unnecessary pressure) this didn't concern me. I have no issues with putting it on now my daughter who is now 3 mths (5kg) and in medium nappies. It is a very cute nappy. I only wished I bought more of the easy one size rather than the sized bambooty nappies. They one of bambootys most expensive nappies, however, I think this is offset by it being OSFM and you should get a lot of use out of it. Cute, OSFM, boosters can be added, not bulky, the expense can put you off of buying it - but I think it is an 'investment' The newborn setting is complicated, needs to be boosted.- 9 reviews

disappointed
We bought a large package of these at the baby expo, with the idea that it would save us a lot of money rather than buying some of each individual size. We already had some small size ones, so didn't use these as newborn. Once our son got too big for the small size nappies, we started trying these, however the way to fold them for medium is way too loose around his leg we didn't even bother seeing how it would go as we knew it would leak. I think it really needs 2 rows of snaps to hold it on tight enough. I tried doing up the snaps as for newbo...
Read morern, but the top rolled over onto the inside and the snaps left red impressions on his tummy. I tried putting it on as for large size and it seemed to fit ok (better) but leaked within 2 hours. They also take a lot longer to put on, trying to work out where to do up the snaps. It may just be my son's shape (I can get it to fit his tummy but too loose around the leg, or good around the leg but too tight on his tummy), but I'm really disappointed. We've been using disposables now - spending more money. I will try again when he gets bigger, maybe they will fit then, but I would not recommend anyone buy the easy one size. I was happy with the small size nappies though. good for environment, cute prints, good quality materials used in production didn't fit my sonI had the same problems with shape, I have twins, one quite a bit bigger than the other but both on the skinny side and I found that I had a probem with leg gape when I got the tummy right or the tumm...
Read morey too tight when I got the legs right. I think they might fight an older toddler better but my twins are 12 months old and they seemed really big on them. I've heard people who love Bambooty say they get the sized ones so I guess the sized ones are better but that winds up pretty expensive.Find out how Bambooty Easy One Size compares to other Reusable Nappies

Versatile and cute MCN
Three absorptive layers with one of the layers able to be adjusted, or removed. Versatile button system, waterproof PUL and great double gusset that is a signature of the Bambooty range have stopped any blowouts from occuring in our house. Little more bulky than Bambooty fitted range, but more versatile over different baby sizes and shapes.
Easy to clean & dry. No leaks, 3 layers are plenty of absorption for 3-4 hours.
I would only be happier with this product if it was made in Australia rather than (ethically) in China.
Best mcn I have used
The most absorbant MCN...no leaks. Very easy to use. Fit beautifully. No nasty red chafing marks. Well made. Bamboo inserts very soft on the skin. I wish I bought these nappies from the start and not wasted money on some of the other well known brands.
I love these nappies and so does bubby!
Great fit. never leaks.
Drying time long if not sunny.
