Lots of condensation and wet floor.
Have had this fridge for a few months now, hot dry summer no problem. However when weather cools down the glass doors and stainless steel mullions completely covered in condensation and dripping onto the floor.
I'm in Perth now where near the tropics.
Called service department and was told "Some condensation may occur when humidity is above 75%".
Above 75% humidity covers about 80% of the Australian coastal population! Great fridge if you live in Alice Springs.
Was also told it has triple eco glass that was sufficient for condensation.

s fridge would be a waterfall feature in the tropics!!! I assumed for a fridge that cost almost $2000 it would have glass or mullion heaters. WRONG!! No where in the sales literature does it mention any condensation issues or humidity levels that this will occur. Nice of them to not mention this 'small'detail. They make a "Envy" model of this fridge now, it has 316ss and guess what, it has glass heating to prevent condensation, proudly detailed on there sales literature. The only problem is it cost $1000 more than the standard version. Rhino get you act together and heat the doors on this fridge, disgraceful for such a 'premium' fridge to have such a condensation problem.

Fantastic product and exceptional service
The Rhino 2-door is a fantastic fridge in our outdoor kitchen. Super efficient, it gets drinks down to the set temp very quickly and looks great. Delivery was free, and extremely quick. I ordered on Sunday, received confirmation on Monday, and received the fridge on Tuesday! (Melbourne to Sydney metro.) The advice and service we received from the company, before and after the purchase, were absolutely superb. In the three months we have had the fridge we have enjoyed our outdoor area much more, and many visitors have commented on the relaxed holiday feel it gives... An update: have had the fridge running for a year now. Still extremely happy with it. Have had no problems, and it looks and runs as well as it did out of the box.Similar opinion? Just set up my Rhino GSP2H-900. The led display is flashing the internal temp and the letters EnS. Is this normal?

Ens is 'Energy Saving Mode'. To put back in normal mode press and hold the 'ES' button for 3 seconds. Normal operation the fridge cycles between 0 and 4 (0>4), in energy saving mode it cycles between 5 and 8 (5>8), usually Ens mode is for when you go away etc.
Thanks for that, I finally figured it out. But over night it changed back to ESM. I've changed it back to NoR, but it's wired it changed by its self. Is it supposed to do that? Steelone

It is more than likely a power spike has blown the 'relay' in controller that controls the compressor. This means it runs and gets 'stuck' running and cant turn off. The controller will need to be replaced, can you email the service team at [email protected] and we can start process. If you are only a few months outside the 2 year warranty we can still supply the controller and technician no charge, so get your invoice details when you make contact:)

You maybe didn't read the Rhino GSP2 listing as it clearly states Low E Glass and up to 75% humidity. But they do have heated mullions.....so they should not sweat... Did you ring to ask about this? o... Read more
r just decided to do a review instead? You say we don't mention 'small detail', in fact we mention more than any other retailer, much more, in relation to Condensation, Humidity, Noise, Energy and Building In, so you are completely wrong there i'm afraid. The Envy has many other features also that encompass that 1K difference, variable speed compressor, Marine grade SS, silent inner fans and much more, we could arrange a swap for an Envy and cover all the freight costs to and from WA etc. I would work out a good changeover price based on the cost prices we pay etc. and not the Web Price.
