My first review for any product, but had this machine for 3 mths and its been fantastic, was tossing up between the giotto and this machine. In the end chose this one because it has a large 4lt tank and 2 lt boiler and it can make plenty of espressos and i think it looks a lot better than the giotto.. Bought it s a bundle package with a macap grinder through casaespressoaust in melb

Repeated repairs, great when it feels like working, just trying to get a refund and buy something else at this point.
Buyer beware, make sure you buy it from a seller who will back it up and repair because if they go wrong, they can go really wrong. Absolute junk.

Never written a review before but this machine is so good I just had to.
Fantastic machine delivers perfect coffee every time. Don't bother looking around for any other machine this one have it all.
I use it with a Compak K3 grinder a perfect combination.
The only thing I regrett is that I did not buy it sooner.

Our Bezzera DG has been around for about 6 months now and all I can say is I wish I didn't dither in buying it in the first place. Rarely buy a coffee now, as odds are it'll not be as good as the one I can make myself!

Amazing machine: ample steam (more than ever required); big, convenient tank, exceptional built quality (best I've seen on machines of this type).

Faultless so far, copius steam, easy to use, fill and clean
Its a bit pricey, but if your in this market, its what you pay.
