Bathroom Werx

I am a customer in the Gold Coast/Tweed Heads area that need repairs on the work completed by a Bathroom Werx franchisee. This operator is no longer working so our 7 year guarantee, according to management of Bathroom Werx, is not THEIR guarantee but the guarantee is with the now (retired!) operator. SO NO FRANCHISEE, NO GUARANTEE. Yet on Bathroom Werx own website it states "We manufacture the unique Werx Enamel which has been specifically formulated for the heavy use and punishment that bathrooms get and we Guarantee it for 7 years". A visit to Fair Trading is now my next option.

These guys were great. I found their pricing to be fair and they were in and out with a job well done in a considerably short amount of time. Would definitely use them again.

Had badly stained tiles on oven splash back (Tiled) and Bathroom Werx re coated, did an excellent and professional job and made them 100% new again. No mess and 100% perfect. Could not recommend more highly

From the minute I contacted Bathroom Werx, the staff were very informative and knowledgeable about the product. They were very thorough and they went above and beyond with their customer service, trying to satisfy all my specific needs and requests. The technician that resurfaced my shower base was punctual and very professional, clean, and did an excellent job. Communication with their office staff was key to the great customer service I received and I would not hesitate in recommending them for shower or bath resurfacing. It was definitely money well spent.

My bathrooms are cracking & peeling. Being still under warranty I have been waiting for 6 months to get it fixed. I've been told twice that they are coming to fix it only to receive a text at the last minute to cancel because [name removed] is sick...on both occasions. Have now been waiting since Oct 24 for them to get back to me. This lot have disgusting customer service.

I found the installers were very helpful from initial quote and explained every step of the process clearly. They were very professional from start to finish and completed the job to my satisfaction. There were a couple of issues with some damage as a result of installing some of the taps and accessories and the installers were happy to come and repair at no extra cost. The transformation as been amazing!

Bathroom Werx are terrific. All of the staff were extremely helpful and the process was quick and easy. The tiler and sprayer were amazing and the finished job is excellent. I would definitely recommend!

I had my shower base re-enamelled. The whole process was easy from the quote (the visit was on the weekend to suit me!) through to the final finishing. Everyone came on time. The office staff were exceptionally helpful and the finished product is just what I wanted. It looks brand new and was much cheaper than replacing the shower base.

I had several quotes to refresh or replace my kitchen & laundry splash backs, from replacing the damaged and dull tiles with glass splash backs, to re tileing both areas, then Darren came to quote from Bathroom Werx, what a game changer !!!! he came in with a great quote, saving me a fortune, he was able to repair my damaged tiles before spraying, it was quick, clean and I was thrilled with the results. The tiles are brilliant white, no more dirty grout in my kitchen as the enamel finish seals all the grout, so it’s a quick wipe over - and they look perfect! Get a quote and save yourself a fortune! I have had 2 bathrooms done. The first one saw me through 8 years (had a couple of touch ups done for sale) and have just had the second finished in my new place.
Highly recommend these guys.

The service was really good. The result was excellent A small follow up polish delivered an amazing result. The bath looks like new. It was done with great care of the surrounds by a most professional and courteous operator. Office staff also most helpful.

Bathroomwerx recently sprayed my bathroom. I’m so happy with the results! The team was great to deal with even though our job was a little complicated. Overall, a great experience.

Had my old bath resurfaced because it was chipped and rusty and looking very old and tired. It now looks brand new and so beautiful. could not fault the work. Was done in half a day. Couldn’t be happier with Bathroom Werx

We had our old peach coloured bath and tiles sprayed white by Bathroom Werx and the transformation is amazing. Looks brand new. The company was very professional, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended. Will use Bathroom Werx again when I renovate my ensuite.

Got a quote, paid the deposit, waited a month. On the day of the job, they cancelled it, still waiting for the refund.
