Great value for money. It only costs $799 which is much less than other brands. It has 4 HDMI ports which gives me plenty of space for my PS4 and computer with other ports for future use. I would recommend this TV however, if you get the chance, I would buy the smart TV.

the TV was meant to be a "smart" TV but the processor used was so slow that it had serious lag when doing anything, even changing the channel would take almost 3 full seconds (count to 3 hippopotamus to see how long that is).
whilst their were apps on the TV because it was running a version of android, no new apps could be installed, there wasn't even the link to the play store! which means that this "smart" TV was probably the dumbest thing to be made.
and the best part about this tv? it stopped working!
as aldi don't actually make...
Read more the TV, they also don't repair them because they don't have parts and can't actually replace the TV once they sell out because each 'batch' of TV's are different model and types. got a full refund less than 3 months of owning it.- Date Purchased

Great tv. Clear picture & sound. Has 4 hdmi outputs which is fantastic for our small family as we can have the computer constantly connected the tv so it's a quick flip of the remote to use the internet or watch tv. Only downfall is it does use alot of power.

64inch HD LED TV $799
Love it have had it for over a year now and yes it's slow to turn on however I can wait for five seconds.
Matched with a smart box I seriously can't fault it, yes the sound is not great but I run a surround sound system with it. Saved myself $2000 to buy a similar size TV.

Great value TV for the price and the size you get. Picture is clear and colour is ok - can't compare against bigger brand TVs but they costs 2x-3x more.
Has worked well - no issues so far (6 months old)
Sound is not that great - would need a soundbar if you are particular.

Ok for the price, sounds a little tinny, connects well and works good with a sound bar easy to use, owned for 6 months so far its still running fine also its slow to turn on but once going seems too run ok, sometimes you have to hit the buttons on the remote more than once.

It’s slow turning on, with a long time between pressing the power button and seeing programs on screen. It also had a few dead pixels from day 1 which just look like white dots that won’t go away, you can’t help but notice them and it drives you mad. The picture is terrible. 400k UHD is meaningless with this tv, writing and small images are so blurry. I bought it today and I’m returning it tomorrow. If you’re after something as impressive as this one sounds, just pay the extra $500 and go for a brand name, it’ll be worth it in the long run.

I am very happy with the quality and ease of operating. The remote is easy to use and helpful.
Good instruction booklet and easy to follow
The inbuilt speakers were not clear so I use external plug in sound bar. This makes listening easier.
Plenty of ports and apps
Picture quality is good.

Very pleased with the default image quality and size.
As the TV is not very thin, the inbuilt speakers are good.
I was able to control my Home Theatre with it but was not able to send the Audio down the HDMI ARC connection. Perhaps the 60 cents HDMI cable I got from coles was not HDMI 1.4 compliant. Need to do more testing on this.
PS: I was able to use ARC using a newer cable. The cable needs to be HDMI 1.4 compliant. I bought one from ebay. Kmart sells them at the same price as ebay ones. The device used was Samsung HT-e5530 so most samsung devices should be fine with it.

Purchased 55" 4K Ultra High Definition LED LCD TV from Aldi and it also came with a bonus Google Chromecast Ultra which was so easy to connect up, the quality of the picture colour and sound is awesome. It has 4 HDMI ports, can not believe how light it is to pick up in comparison to the older TV we had. Aldi always has the best quality products!

Very happy with the quality of this TV, a 4K Ultra HD for $599 is incredible value for the money, at first when I turned this TV on I thought the picture quality was not quite as good as my old TV, but then I made some fine tuning for contrast and brightness and the picture sharpness was considerably improved to my satisfaction, I realise that different people may prefer other fine tunings to suit their own taste, the sound quality is satisfactory but playing DVD's or Blu-Ray through a player with added speakers is a great improvement with soun...
Read mored quality and extra volume if needed. The Google Chromecast Ultra that came with the unit I have not used very much because the sound quality through YouTube is disappointing, but when I figure out how to improve the sound by playing through other speakers I will be using it more. I read the review by Kazz and the features mentioned were a surprise to me, I must learn how to use these features: the show "reminder' function and the USB recording, thanks for mentioning these features Kazz, you are obviously more tech savvy than I am!- 8 reviews

Tv itself is good in terms of picture. It takes a long time to change between channels though. This can be frustrating when "channel surfing". Also takes at least 20 secs to turn tv on.
I also find the EPG useless. The shows never load for 80% of the channels

Few pros and cons with this TV, but for $899 it does the job!
- Picture quality is better then average, HD channels/ Netflix HD isn't too shabby.
- Speakers are ok, I'd suggest either surround sound or a soundbar to amplify the sound though.
- Heaps of connection ports, however if wall mounted, they are a pain in the butt to get to on the rear of the TV.
Overall, pretty satisfied with what you get for very little money output.

Reasonable price for 65 inches TV,and Aldi condition of purchase, I paid $799.00 .
Not happy with the picture quality. Speakers are good and enoough ports .
Disappointed this time with Aldis TV .
Friends and family bought Bauhn TVs, FHD, from Aldi in the past and all of us are very happy with them . Good quality picture, real full high definition.
Most would be more than 6 years ago, all are still working with no problems .

Love it, a beautiful clear picture, great sound and amazing price at an Aldi open day. Have had aldi TV's before and they have great returns, repairs, replacement, refund policies. Seems to connect to all the devices we have easily with no problems. Large screen and the picture goes all the way to the edge, lightweight and came with a nice stand, although we mounted ours on the wall easily

HDMI system for this smart tv is good. Another port or two would be great but otherwise money well spent compared to many other similar makes Saved a couple of hundred dollars. Apps are well set up. Stand it or wall it you won't be disappointed. Slim design. Easy to wipe dust off with screen wipes.

55" 4K UHD under $600 was a great buy. Love the show 'reminder' function, it automatically changes the channel, no chance of missing it. USB recording is A+, records when TV is off, just set by pressing a coloured button, so easy.
Beautiful picture. Very happy would definitely buy an Aldi tv again.

After our expensive LG TV model Tv breaking down after 4 years we purchased thisnTv from Aldi. Great picture, Remote is okay but hard to find the buttons. Lots of HDMI outlets and unit will record with USB. Foxtel box is not HD so picture not clear but Ultra Hd with Netflix. Poor sound but have connected home theatre system. Excellent value for money you cant go wrong for under $800

The picture quality is great. HD DVB free to air is crisp and clean (SD just needs to go). The built in speakers are fine for general tv programs. It has 4 HDMI ports plus optical audio out. It is not a smart to but for the price you can go buy an Apple TV and still be in front. Running a Mac mini as a HTPC gives good results. I am happy with it. If it only lasts three or four years I still think it is worth it for $795.
I have had this tv 3 months now and I am still very happy with it. Haven’t had any problems with it at all. The only disappointing thing has been no 5.1 audio output from HD tv broadcasts.

Great product, what can I say?
Large 4K TV for under $1000 and the picture is crisp!
The built-in speakers are also great, it's loud and clear when you want it to be.
TV also includes plenty of ports for HDMI, USB, Audio and Video.
The only downside is that it's not a smart TV.
But that can be fixed by connecting a Laptop to it. (use the laptop instead)
Otherwise, it's great! If you're budgeting, it's totally worth buying! :)
