How does Baumer AG get away with stating exaggerated and totally untrue engine capacities. I bought the "Commercial" grade SX92 with 92cc motor. Really? I measured the bore and stroke and it comes out way under their claim. It's easy to do, just take out the spark plug and using a vernier caliper, measure the stroke. You need to remove the carby to measure the bore but it's not impossible. Do the maths and feel totally ripped off. Why aren't they held accountable?

We used the bar it came with, was lucky to get 2 loads of wood and the bloody thing bent. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If i knew how to change my product review i definitely would
Yeah, sorry don’t know answer, as mine barely worked. Rog if you haven’t bought it I’d recommend you buy any brand other than baumr. My experience is it is seriously a cheap and nasty brand and as I said, mine barely worked, smoked and leaked fuel.

Is the Sx92 actually heavier than the sx82? I'm looking at buying the bigger one due to the vendor advertising that they both have same dimensions and weight.
I have held a sx82 and think it's a good weight. If the sx92 is same I would buy it. I saw one review claiming the sx92 is a lot heavier. This is a concern for me as I need the power but I only weigh 70kg. I'm strong and experienced with chain sawing but a saw a lot heavier than the sx82 would give me a sore back pretty quickly.

Read moreng them both stihl had a 24 inch bar and the AG had a 30 inch and it just lugged better. After about cutting 10T of wood with them I would say to the inexperienced get the stihl. It's a much better engineered machine and cuts really, really well. To the older chap who doesn't mind modifying the air intake and outtake whilst replacing the carburetor with a well known brand I would say have fun! I work not put alonger bar on it.Mine and others i know of just wouldn't have the torque for a bigger bar.Got videos on youtube have a look and see for yourself.

Read morending on where you buy them.I live in a country town and pay only $5 at our local lawn mower fixer man shop.I use them in all my saws Stihl Husqvana and several chineses one they are the best available.
