Cooks beautifully

published

Have cooked steak, ribs and a roast chicken, all of which cooked very well, the chicken in particular was very good. However, it is less than four months old, and my husband was moving it with the handle on the front of the bbq, and it broke off! Not happy with that! Now trying to get a replacement part.

Purchased in February 2021 at Harvey Norman.

The Beefeater Bugg cooked food well I always preheated it.
When it was about 6 months old the grill plate broke which they replaced with no issues.
Just after the warranty ended there is a problem with the burners and I can't be bothered, going to the Weber. I has cost me about $200/year a bit rich for me.
It's worth noting the purchase date and the review date vs. the number of stars
