Logged a warranty case with Beko who lodged it with a local company. The local company can't confirm a time over the phone. They call in the morning and confirm appointment in the evening or next day. Any day, got an appointment confirmed and the technician came empty handed. He said, the company said that he has to go (Poor thing) and didn't bring the part with him.

Now Beko won't call or reply to email to arrange a visit to fix the faulty part. I asked for 5 updates but nothing

Very well designed neat fridge, plenty of room easy to clean. The purchase cost was quite a lot cheaper than most higher-priced units of similar size and features. plus the bonus warranty cant be overlooked.
I am very happy with this purchase

First things first - the door design. We exchanged it for another fridge as the door opening is at the bottom of the door.
For an average sized human it’s annoying to have to bend down to open it.

I can’t belive they did that.

The fridge is also relatively noisy compared to others.

Apart from that it works okay.

But the door is a deal breaker
