Brilliant machine.
Great quiet machine, love the 28 minutes wash cycle..full 8 kg. hardly using any washing liquid very cost effective, my white clothes come out supper clean and my boys have white sports uniform, I used to soak and scrub. machine needs to be level for less vibration..Great value for money. Excellent, inexpensive washing machine
Have had this washing machine for about 4 weeks and am loving it. It is an 8kg machine. The quick washing programs are a godsend for just washing out a couple of items that don't go into regular washes or for clothes not that dirty but just need a quick wash. The quick wash is ideal for the bed linen that hadn't been used for a while because of seasonal use. This machine has a bigger drum as the door doesn't have the glass taking up half the room inside so putting in larger quantities has been great with 3 teenagers and a husband. It is quiet -...Read more
I couldn't believe how quiet. Strangely it doesn't beep at the end of cycle. I find I have to use 2 hands to open the door mechanism as it is quite big. It seems to be more gentle on the clothes than my previous machine. Overall I would highly recommend this machine.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Not worth repairing
I bought this machine about 2 years ago after reading the reviews online.. overseas this brand is popular and rated highly.. It did wash great but once my warranty passed my screen went and then when I had the serviceman come to put a new screen the new screen took out the motor.. The serviceman told us don't bother repairing it as it will cost us more. Out went the Beko and in came in another machine.. Oh don't ring the Beko customer service they are very rude and won't listen to what you have to say. Cheap product but I think they need to lift their game if they want to stay in the market in the next 10 years!

Not Impressed
Ok so just got the old discontinued model replaced under warranty with this machine after 10 weeks, anyway from the word go the machine wanted to vibrate itself out the door, the heavier the load the worse it got and im talking about 4 medium size towels and a tea towel not game enough to load it up anymore than that as the noise it makes sounds like its going to tear itself apart. So back on the phone and no diplomacy this time as far as washing goes the short cycles do not seem to wash the soap out properly and agree with another review that i...Read more
t seems to use to little water the longer cycles seem to do the job and spins the water out of the clothes on max spin quite well even better once repaired i would imagine but as the machine wants to walk out the door on spin cycles and deafen us with the noise it makes we haven't put very many clothes through so this review may be a little premature but from experience with the last model and this model things are not looking good, I think fisher n paykle will be my choice from now on should this one not be repaired to satisfaction anyway i shall update as soon as the service repairman/woman has had a crack at it

No problems so far, does a great job
Cleans the clothes very well, the pet hair removal function seemed to work, it just rinses them a bit more.
Sometimes I think it uses too little water, but I haven't noticed anything wrong with it. It's very quiet, and really for the money it's great. Why would you pay more for another machine when this one works fine?
The delicate modes are great, and delay works perfectly

Wish I had NOT Bought This Machine
I was talked into buying this machine by the sales staff. I went in to buy another Bosch but the staff rubbished it and pushed me into buying the Beko. I have tried all of the different settings but not one of them rinses properly. My washing is still full of suds and I have to do an extra rinse every time. More power used, water used and time wasted. Even when the extra rinse is done there is still sudsy water coming out. I have tried different washing powders but it makes no difference. I currently use only ½ recommended and still suds galore...Read more
and the clothes not clean. This machine is crap but sadly we are stuck with it as we are pensioners and can't afford another machine. Also, it is hard on the clothes. I recently bought 2 beautiful Sheridan towels and after one wash the edges were fraying......... It is quiet which is the only feature I like.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Waste of Money!!
I got talked into this machine by the sales staff and I really regret buying it! I was told it had an impressive 1 hour wash cycle that could wash 8kg of clothes - and technically it can, if your clothes are basically already clean. If there is any trace of dirt/food on your clothes don't bother (I have 4 children so their clothes get plenty of wear in a day) - unless of course you are happy to wash at 60degrees then it does an ok job, but I find this destroys our clothes over time. Because that wash cycle doesn't get my clothes clean I have to...Read more
use a cycle that goes for 2 1/2 hours!! (and still does a pretty ordinary job of getting our clothes clean). I bought a bigger machine so I could get more washing done in less time - it now takes me longer to get through the washing than my 6kg bosch did (which was amazing!). The whites come out dull, the blacks come out looking fluffy, even if washed separately. If I accidentally wash a face washer/towel in with our clothes it looks like they were rolled on by a fluffy dog shedding its fur! It is by far the worst machine I have ever owned! The only bonus it has is that it is reasonable quiet, no louder than any other machine I've owned.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

will it wash a queen size doona

Hi Vivien W. It will wash a queen size doona however the performance of the wash will be dependant on the thickness of the doona and the wash cycle you select, we would recommend using the Bedding & Blanket cycle. We usually recommend that you should have enough room to fit a hand span between the items in the washing machine and the top of the bowl to get a good quality wash performance. Thanks Beko.
thankyou for your reply I am looking for a new washing machine ar present and this looks like the one so thanks once again

Is there a way to get it to make a sound when finished

No I'm sorry but I do not know! It's a bit annoying that they do not, because it's easy to forget hey.
Maybe set a small timer yourself.

Hi Hannah,
On this model of washing machine there is no alarm when unit has finished the cycle. Thanks Beko
