Why is the lid so hard to put on and take off? It is a good machine but I can't buy one as I found it impossibile to put on the lid and take off.
Even the assistant had great difficulty and my 2 friends Were unable to manage the lid. Not sure of the model but it had scales.

I'm wondering where I can buy this machine in Qld Australia? I googled it and it said Target but when I search Target online, I am unable to find it anywhere.

Bellini's are now known as "Smith + Nobel Intelli Kitchen Machine" (they were rebranded when the selling rights changed from Target to Harris Scarfe).
