I'd like to give a review of our dealings with the Bendigo bank. My son has always banked with Bendigo bank from primary school (weekly school banking) to this day (he is 19). My son has a stutter and slow speech so my wife and I have always dealt with his banking until he reached the age that we weren't able to help. We've had to take him into our local branch (ringwood east) quite a few times and the staff there are exceptional at what they do and the lady he spoke with gave him the time to say what he needed. Read morenking and spoke with penny who was fantastic and realised his stutter and even asked his permission to place a note on their data base so if he calls again that the operator will know straight away. Penny was an example of a company that trains their employees to an exceptional customer service level. She made him feel comfortable and helped him with what he needed. Thanks Bendigo bank

I and my partner have been with the Bendigo Bank for several years, joining originally while living in country Victoria. My experience has always been good. Then returning to Melbourne and transferring my account to a local Branch in Elwood. The Staff and the Manager at Elwood I cannot fault. They are courteous, efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. Just lovely people. You could not ask for more. It is truly an exceptional Branch. And being open for business, every day, Mon-Fri. as usual, all throughout the past 2 years of Covid restrictions. They have gone beyond exceptional in my mind. Try them out. I have spoken to other customers and they will say the same, exceptional.

Internet banking works well, support has always been good.
Only down-side is no direct restful API access for customers who don't use off the shelf accounting software, although it seems not many banks support this. As a regular user you need to go through the same accreditation system which a business would go though (which I have yet to look into).

I switched to Bendigo Bank 10 years ago because I like the idea of a community based bank that actually might put their customers’ needs first. Customer service has been patient and knowledgeable and the staff are friendly and caring. I have made many overseas and local transactions and find Bendigo Bank acts in a timely manner and, plus of pluses, a real person in Australia actually answers the phone if problems are encountered. I had some issues setting up phone banking and was ‘talked through’ all of the processes with great patience and kindness.

I've been with Bendigo quite a few years now and there are reasons for that. They are excellent, brilliant, so helpful it amazes me. My local branch (Murrumbeena) are just the best ever. You'd think other branches might be less than what I expect. No! They're all the same. What an amazing, professional, knowledgeable, helpful bunch. At any branch. Try them, you'll see. Like family but without the fights at Xmas. Thanks heaps Bendigo Bank. I'm staying.

My husband and I have transferred our entire banking to Bendigo Bank - Camberwell due to the amazing service we received from Sam Lando. We went to him to see about purchasing a property and the service, speed, and care was so good that we transferred our entire banking to Bendigo. Not only did we transfer but one of our children has already done the same (home loan included) and the others are in the process of talking to Sam (when the time is right). If you are looking for old fashion service done quickly and with a smile look no further. Thank you, Sam and Bendigo Bank

Started with Bendigo Community Bank 13 years ago . We can always rely on them. All experiences have been excellent. We get great phone, online and in branch service. They learned our names early. So good we have bought shares in the bank in recent years.

20 yr customer, had fraudulent activity and money taken, from start of alerting bank everyone I dealt with was so helpful, especially branch staff who were so patient going through the recovery of funds process and changing accounts, passwords and all the pain involved, kept in touch with me and kept me informed and luckily my funds were put back into account, also very helpful afterwards with advise on keeping safe online. Can't thank them enough.

We do business with the Mareeba Bendigo Bank for over 15 years. We were glad that the bank has always supported our business in every respect. It was always a pleasure to go to the branches and the staff greeted us by name and with a smile. No problem was too big.
They helped us to grow and we never had the feeling that we were being ripped off like we had the experience with an other big Bank before. Thank you guys.

I did home loan 2 years ago with Ming Fu (doncaster branch), he did great job & provide best interest rate & service, even sometimes night time he still call & communication with you.
Last week we transfer the variable rates to Fix, he did for us so efficiently & get great deal for us again.
Just want to say thanks Ming.

Jess Bourke from the Oak Flats branch is nothing short of brilliant, she helped me out with my finances and did everything she could to get it passed the line. She never left any detail out and kept me up to date at all times. Very polite and professional. She impressed me so much I changed to Bendigo after being with a different bank for over 20 years.
The staff at this branch are wonderful. A big shout out to Mel who also works at the Oak Flats branch, she was the one that convinced me to try Bendigo Bank and it was well worth it :)

Had a horrific experience with 2 of the big 4 and changed to Bendigo and are very happy. Having been in business for over 30 years and with an A1 credit rating we were appalled at the treatment from 2 of the big 4.

I have been with Bendigo for about 3 years. I did find their website a bit difficult at first. Once I rang customer service, I was fine. They have a good security, rotating log in code, if you bank online. The service at the branch was very personal and helpful. It was quite crowded and busy, but hey, aren't they all. They donate decent sums to local charities. I like that! I have not seen their name published in the media about ripping off or cheating their customers. - unlike, unfortunately other banks I am with.

I have had an account with Bendigo bank for 25 years, I only opened an account to get a mortgage and I had 3 other accounts with major banks. closed them all down because they could not beat bendigo for service or fees or helping when I had a problem. when I walk into other banks and see the wait times. I laugh and if im charged an what I consider an unfair fee. I talk to them and 95% of the time they withdraw the fee. Could not be happier. a great bank :) :)
